Sir....I am from devbhoomi uttarakhand....I used to run 5 km in morning and 5 km evening...after all my routine work and study....and it took me around 26 min to 35 min to complete 5 km running.... and sir I promise you.... the day..i will join PARA at first i will come to meet you sir....lots of love from uttarakhand ❤❤

Absolutely needed this, sir❤️ I started easy running a month ago and have started to see some changes. As suggested by you, I'll progress to Tempo and threshold running and sprinting after a few months. Would love to know more about weighted running with like ankle weights or rucksacks or holding dumbbells and also running on slopes or elevated surfaces like stairs as I plan to advance to it after building enough endurance. In 2 mins of normal pace running, dats about 200 m for me, my throat dries up,my lungs feels like bursting out nd i get a abdominal stitch . When u said u take a mins rest after 1 km, changed my mindset. I didnt knew dats even possible b4 this.
