Sorry about your luck. I've only seen two deer also (Osceola Co.) One was an 8point.! Our party saw 8 so far.the wife got a 6 point this morning. The local buck pole set a record number of buck Saturday despite the bait ban! Way more to hunting than sitting over a pile of corn. Quality time with family and friends..encorage a new generation.. Thank God for the solitude in the woods...SO MUCH MORE THAN THE HARVEST OF A DEER.!!!

Hunted for the last 3 days in Beulah, only saw 1 deer a doe fawn, 2 of the days I sat all day. I live in Oakland county and have 10 acres that is adjacent to farms so i shouldn’t have any issues getting my buck and 2 does. Thanks for the videos.
MasterofNone I live in Florida now but I used to hunt beulah. I know a honey hole up there on state ground. If you turn off Goose Rd and head south on Pioneer, just before you cross the Platte River there is a 2 track on the left. Take that back and park at the dead end. Stay on that same side of the river and walk that river edge back about 200 yds and hang a stand. If no one else has found that area, you shouldn’t have a problem filling a buck tag there. I took many deer out of that area over the years and almost never saw other hunters.

I went to Mesick sat with my dad he had open heart surgery in July 84 years younge all morning the 15th friday 1 doe and a fawn at 820 am, a fawn with fork horn antlers 3 inch long 10 am . 440 pm a nice 8 20 inch spread but dad wanted to make sure it was a 8 with the point restrictions . i did a naaaa the buck stopped but dad did not shoot . let him walk im like why you let him walk . dad i did not see no tines , im like he was 20 yards i told you it was a 8 . dad said he did not hear me . and i know i need hearing aids sheesh , Hunted with my 15 year old grand girl on Sunday morning she seen deer but at 200 yards to far for her blackout 30 cal . I refused to buy a tag out of state I live in Missouri landowners get free tags 5 or more acres . I left MI back in 2001 when the state was going broke worse now . you think they fix the trouble Fire all the Crooks , Trump 2020
Yah more people should pass them. After you shoot a couple as a teenager it just isn't fun anymore, unless you really want the meat, in that case, does are usually available.

I'm oakland county also, an drive 3 hours to hunt...... to see 2 deer in a week.
