Bang on mate! My finger trowels have worn down to about 5mm from 15 in about a year or so! If i ever go into pointing again, ill be sure to drop you a message. Thinking a few more years of brickwork/extensions..then im going to leave laying and just stick to repointing. Prefer it. And easier on the body
It's not that much easier hand picking stone I had major surgery on my shoulder last year I think I've got 3 maybe 4 years left of pointing If you need anything let me know 100% try and help you out

What size tuck pointer and thickness of raking discs would you recommend for a 13mm gap please?
A 13mm and 16mm tuck pointer or finger trowel
