its that last 10% that alot of spanish workers cant seem to get down......as a GC youll never be out of work or wonder why you dont get call backs from customers or contractors.....quick money means nothing if you cant keep it going....here in the US, detail is everything people wont tell you what you did wrong or why....they will just never call or refer you.... Job #1 is to make the homeowner or contractors life easier, not harder......
