Where are those players now and what did these clubs do with the money? 3 last coaches who won the afcon are Fae Cisse and Belmadi. Those three coaches grew up in France and learned how to coach in Europe not Africa but we ghanaians are so smart that we think that Kwesi Appiah will be better than Otto Oddo who is around top players everyday. Beside training Ghana with the best players we ever had in Ghana what did Kwesi Appiah achieve in football? We have to stop the B.S with local coaches and local players cause they are amateurs
@Cami-xp8kw As a player not as coach football was way differents back then. Most of our players back in the 80's were playing in our local league. Nowadays our best players don't stay long in our league and go play abroad so we need a coach who understands our culture and also football at a high level which is European football. Otoo Addo fits that criteria not Kwesi Appiah. Once again three last afcon coaches were born abroad (Fae Belmadi) or grew up in France (Cisse).
There’s no better coach today in this world who is not already coaching. Otto can do better job. He is a young contemporary coach. Even Ten Hag is still coaching a club like Man United.

We don't need a coach who so-call knows Ghana football because football has evolved. The traditional 4-4-2 formation Ghana is known to play has even evolved. Mind you this style which won us the 4 Afcons we boast of today didn't help us qualify for the World Cup, it took a coach (foreign) with an evolutionary footballing style to put Ghana on the World stage for the first time. You're doing a great job for Ghana but this time you're being biased. This traditional way of thinking must stop. Give reasons based on tactics, playing style, systems, achievements on the African continent, records, etc.

Otto Addo cannot coach the black statrs.in his time black stars were playing backwards .he is not a good coach.
