We don't know if he cut a deal or not we assume so as after meeting with detectives his bail was reduced so he could make bond. I think the prosecution doesn't want to create anymore confusion for this jury and Kent is a wild card who is now a disbarred attorney who has other charges for attacking his wife/ violating restraining order. The defense will use him as another person to point the finger at or to distract the jury as we see this defense attorney is relentless with excuses.

After she was charged with the conspiracy to commit murder he was there when she was arraigned for that but disappeared after. That attorney is very well respected in Connecticut and very different from whom she has now. The word is she was referred to her current attorney and it was a better fit , the Stamford advocate I believe has some articles with a bit more information.

Let this be a lesson to all. Leave me and women alone who are in a messy divorce. How this man treats his child's mothers, should show you enough as a woman. But there are a lot of women out there who are blinded by lifestyle, money, looks, power and just sweet talks. I'm sure Troconis doesn't know Jennifer. Only by what she hears and told by her weak boyfriend fotis. This is all so unnecessary. 5 children destroyed mom and dad gone. Women should say "NO" more often. It saves children's and people's lives.

  • @BrandyLaneBLVD

IMO, if I’m on the jury, I can’t in good conscience convict MT of conspiring to murder. The state put on an excellent case against Fotis, but did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that MT was involved.
The lesser charges, yes. And a lot of “this look really bad” and “yeah I wanna say she probably was” but no definitive evidence to convince me of the murder involvement. I was hoping they’d pull out a smoking gun at the end - but no.

I think many people have tried her and found her guilty before the trial. This detective lied and manipulated her throughout the interviews and the defense attorney caught him lying multiple times. He is getting angry for a reason.
She does speak 2 languages and they didn't give considerations to that.
I feel she was believing Fotus at first and realized he did kill her, but she had nothing to do with it. She's more obsessed with her daughter. She wouldn't risk that.

  • @Tinks82

Her attorney should have spoken up & put these ignorant Bullies bullies in their place & told them to settle down & knock it off or, the interview was over! He didn't so they continued smfh
These Detectives really aggravated me with how they questioned MT & twisted her words and were suspicious about everything! She used her phone as a referenc to HELP her provide a timeline AFTER they suspected her too. Look at all the notes they took during these interrogations and STILL got things wrong lol. We rely on our cellphones and our activity is timestamped so, of course she's referencing her phone! SHE is the one who told them about the vehicle tags but, they told her it wasn't important along with many other things she thought of! She was timid about offering them anything else bc they decided what was important! Everything she told them makes sense but, they have TUNNEL VISION! Too many people questioning her at the same time and not allowing her to complete a single sentence. This woman doesn't know what happened and played no part of it! IDGAF if ANYONE likes my opinion so your ignorant comments will be IGNORED!!
