Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder or as per taste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1/4 TSP turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder.
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 TSP garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
1/3 cup yogurt / 1 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of food color
1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil
For Gravy :
1 cup onion ( 2 medium )
1 cup tomato puree ( 2 medium )
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 TSP chili powder
1)4 TSP turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/3 cup fresh cream/ milk cream
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 cup oil
