دریائے سندھ کے کنارے بنائی جانے والی یہ سجی فش بہت ہی لذیذ اور مزے دار ہوتی ہے اس کو دریا سندھ سے پکڑا جاتا ہے اور دیسی مثالیں لگا کر اس کو پوری مچھلی کو فرائی کیا جاتا ہے اور جس سے اس میں بہت زیادہ ٹیسٹ اتا ہے جو کہ یہاں پے بہت فیمس ہے اور بہت ہی مزے سے لوگ اس کو کھاتے ہیں عموما اس کا ایک کلو 700 سے 800 تک ملتا ہے زیادہ مہنگی بھی نہیں ہے لوکل پروڈکٹ لوگ دریا سے پکڑتے ہیں اور ساتھ ہی اس کو انہوں نے ڈھابہ لگایا ہو تو وہاں پر فرائی کر کے بھیج دیتے۔
