Add in water, the volume of water is above the rice for 0.5 inch. 3. Heat up the rice at high flame. Bubbles coming up in rice, add in chicken and Chinese sausage on top. Turn to medium flame. Cover up the pot, cook until the rice has been cooked well. It takes about 5 minutes' time. 4. Rice and chicken pieces are to be started to cook well, turn to low flame. Cook for 10 minutes more. 5. Turn off fire. Leave it for 10 minutes. 6. Heat up the rice at low flame in 4 sides. Each side to be cooked for a minute. 7. Complete. Serve.
