You say new family's are welcome.. On a small island like Shetland is there many vacant houses for sale or rent for new families?? Is it expensive to set up? What is the typical living costs like house rent, car insurance, car tax? Employment? Is there many opportunities? Would an Automotive Detailing/car wash centre be welcome?
