cho need some passive update... at minimum give him HP scale on healing and mana scale on mana restor in good give him also hp skale on mana restoration, size skale on q radius and/ore stack bonus on q range, not but quality of life change on w like working not only in cone but also in 25-100 range radius around Cho... and most radical is change some ap scale on hp ( and add some ad skale on e just for fun)

It's because he has a terrible lane phase as a tank, only OTPs Cho'Gath know he's a wayyy better and funnier to play champ as AP Cho'Gath.
