E Kissin est un génie . Le plus grand interprète de Chopin . Pas de partition , jamais , tout est dans sa tête . Je l'admire et je voudrais assister à un concert . Mille bravos .
Wow, I have never seen this one! Thank you so much for posting it!!! I I went to every one of his NYC recitals, mostly at Carnegie and once at Lincoln Center, between 2000 and 2015. I will forever treasure those magical moments. There is no other like him. He really is the best!!
I listened to this concert of Kisin with Karajan "live" at the Philharmonie Berlin. 34 years have passed, and ironically enough, he was a typical "Wunderkind," i.e. he shared the fate of many Wunderkiner...
@@GTXTi-db5xu It's all I have. You've probably seen the recent Kissin doc which recycles some of the same ZDF footage th-cam.com/video/hxz4SGbuS5c/w-d-xo.html
Remarkable. Cannot believe I’m really seeing and hearing this. It’s interesting that Germans are the only people who refuse to give English subtitles to their documentaries, and who irritatingly speak over the music. Arrogant. Perhaps they still believe everyone in the world should be speaking German?
Dude chill💀 this is a documentary from the nineties which was broadcast on german television. why should there be subtitles back then? And if this channel should be in German, I can understand from the number of clicks that he doesn't bother. They talked over the music because it's more about his person and his career and the pressure that comes with it. And as a german i can confirm that we would be the last ones who wanted the world to speak german because a very large part of the population hasn't had any national pride since the second world war. I find it disrespectful that you draw such a comparison.
@@jonastraeger5505 Why only since the second World War? Why not since the Kaiser’s Holocaust in South West Africa in the 19th century, when the German army chopped off the heads of thousands of Africans? They then forced African women to clean and strip the heads so that the skulls could be sent back to German museums. And, of course, there were the huge massacres of Jews by Germans in the 14th century. All of it so very conveniently forgotten. Respect for Germany?

He is one of the most talented musicians and one of a very few artists who really has a message to humanity!
Sadly very underrated and often laughed at by the "classical music community" .. meaning us.
I heard him when, as a six оr seven year-old boy, he performed with the Spivakov Orchestra in Yerevan Armenia.
History in music made with the Young Supertalet and Great Maestro Karajan, will be remembert in 1000 year.

What do you mean?
He’s more than that, and plays to sold out crowds at 50 years old now.
Actually he has flourished and stood the test of time.
Not really. He started off a wunderkind and ended up being a real maestro.
この映像は、もしかして、歴史にのこるカラヤンの最後のお姿⁉️
ПОЧЕМУ ПРЕРВАЛИ ФИЛЬМ?
🐐
Где сейчас живёт маэстро, в каких городах ?
What is the first piece he is playing?
I think he is playing "Waltz in E minor, B. 56" by Chopin
Wow, where did you find this?
It's an off-air VHS recording from Germany, which a friend sent me long time ago
@@cvxmelody_2895 that's really cool, is this the only section that includes kissin?

I have just enabled automatic English or German captions and TH-cam can auto-translate to other preferred language as well
