What's the Best Brewery in Birmingham?
Well, if you're visiting downtown Birmingham, Good People Brewing is probably the most convenient Birmingham Brewery. It's just across the street from Railroad Park and Regions Field, home of the Birmingham Barons minor league baseball team. You are also very close to Tortuga's Deep Dish Pizza, Hero Doughnuts, Smoothie King, Micheal's Steakhouse, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Monday Night Brewing.
Good People also offers food. Monday and Tuesday, they have rotating food trucks on site. Wednesday-Sunday, they have the local favorite HotBox on-site. Check out www.hotboxbirmingham.com/ for their menu. Outside food is also allowed.

I used to live in Atlanta area and visited these guys 1-2 times a year back then. Now I'm further away in Virginia Beach but had the chance to revisit Good People last week for 1st time in a handful of years. As good as it ever was, strong fan of the beers + location + atmosphere/setup & location too of course.

But the seating…. Only picnic tables, no chairs. Some people need backs on their chairs

Their indoor seating is definitely more comfortable with chairs and couches.
