I had a '56 bronze and white convertible that was in comparable shape to this one. Mine had the 265 C.I. engine bored out to 283, three two barrel carbs and a 3 speed w/overdrive manual transmission. Whenever I decided to get on it, it would bury the speedometer. Outdrug nearly every Ford I encountered. Cannot believe I ever let that car get away from me!
