    I will summarise the video idea because it helps me with my Pi studies so hacking tools are
    -blue jacking
    -blue snarfing(software based)
    -blue bugging(harmless)
    -hands on attack
    -voice Mail hacking(through default pin of carrier)
    -malicious apps
    -phishing
    -man in the middle free wifi

    I do doordash and the app uses GPS. When I want directions back to an area I recognize I open maps separate so sometimes I have 2 apps using GPS at once. One time I did this and the phone was freezing up and at the top of the screen the maps app literally said something along the lines of "private investigation mobile surveillance" as a sort of description. I have never understood why anyone would take interest in me but they are
    I know most would think I'm nuts when I speak about these things but I've had a lot of experience with this stuff and pretty sure they harmed the woman I love. No clue who they are would make more sense if it were a govt but idk
    They seem to sport military stickers or license plates on their cars, handicap plates, out of state plates as well, use car cameras, lots of jeeps, Subaru, testla, prius audi (for some reason) and big suv type vehicles. They like to rise high to get a vantage point inside your car, they will stop very far behind the car in front of them in order to have good positioning on you in the next lane. And they don't even hide, one guy called out my name from across a fast food place and was looking at me. I have people go up behind me to see my phone and they like to smirk and sometimes wave at me. Multiple times they will pull up right in front of me and take pictures.
    One time I was sitting on the toilet and someone had written pooping lol in a text. Obviously wasn't me. I've had charges to my accounts I didn't make leading to the bank investigating my accounts, someone broke both my driver's side exterior mirror on my car like they cracked it open with a crow bar and they also ripped the rear view mirror off the inside of my car I just went in it one day had to adjust it and it fell off, the car was only like 3 years old at the time and mirrors don't just fall off, it was like they were looking for something.
    They hijacked my mail too to the point I had to have it stop coming here for a while and I'd go to the usps to just pick it up myself. Packages are constantly opened, never arrive, go to the wrong address etc.
    Alas, I will just be seen as a crazy person and I don't blame anyone for thinking that of me but it's frustrating not being able to talk about it. I could write all night about my experiences but i should stop. they hurt someone I love, thats way more than I can get in to here but that is the line they crossed with me as far as being seen as a joke and tolerating them.

    Even if you don't use public wifi, if you leave wifi turned on when not connected, your phone / device is always broadcasting network names that it is looking for, and you can then create a network with the same SSID/BSSID that it's looking for and there's a good chance it will connect

    So is it also illegal for PI’s to hack into someone’s phone, without legal permission in a criminal case?

    • @JohnMorrisThePIGuy
      @JohnMorrisThePIGuy  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I am not an attorney, I cannot give legal advice. Based on my experience it is illegal for anyone to hack anyone's phone unless perhaps if if it is law enforcement and they have a search warrant allowing them t do it, much like a wire tap.

      Yes. It's classed as a Cyber crime. It also gos against the manufacturer agreement e.g if the attack was considered a 0day attack the manufacturer will take legal action against the attacker due to security risks.

    I think my phone has been taken over. I am being followed by a PI or PI team. My phone runs hot and settings often change by itself. Mostly bluetooth, location settings. I wonder what I can do to prove this is happening?

    • @SusanClutterbuck
      @SusanClutterbuck ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Phone gets hot and lags out ( this is because the attack is using ram to preform in the background) by factory resetting your device will fix the problem. And turn your wifi off then on this will assign you a new IP and if the attack isn't a reverse shell the attacker will lose connection
