Regarding ovengloves, I saw a great tip for those that I haven't tested myself - get welding gloves. They are meant for handling stuff that is far hotter than what your oven can do. Additionally, they usually has safety ratings on them that tell you how long it takes for heat to go through the glove. For example, you can get gloves where it takes more than 15 seconds for the temperature inside the glove to increase by 10°C when touching 250°C objects for €20 or less. And those are certified claims, not just something the manufacturer claims. And since they are actual typically with raw leather on the outside, you also get a better grip on slippery objects.
I'm glad you're letting the Seal thing go, and I love these series! I often wonder if you have 4 ceramic dishes you could pop in the baking tray if it wouldn't be so much easier for you... it looked so yummy tonight, keep them coming!

Hi Barry, In my Barathon I found these and was wondering why you haven’t done another in a long time? If you do another one my vote is Chinese please! Other ideas are Mexican, French, German, United States could be broken up into different sections like northern with their crazy casseroles, southwestern Texmex (which is difficult than Mexican), southern seafood versus eastern seafood, then move on to Latin American, Spanish, Russian, middle eastern, Swedish, etc! You could do tons of these with the different foods from around the world!!! But you got me hooked on the idea of a Chinese 1 pan dinner, yummy 😋 Please consider it! Thanks for the hours and hours of entertainment, food ideas, and your time!😊

On my cycle to work at night, I go past half a dozen Indian restaurants and takeaways, and the smell is insane - what makes it worse, is that there's no way of stopping and getting any - I still have about four miles to cycle. It would be cold, and possibly spilt, by the time I got there. 😞 Your finished curry looked superb, by the way. Tidy. Any chance you could make a load of different Tapas, Barry? There are loads of different ones.

Just to give you a heads up now Tastemade has a new Kickstarter product called Cheat Sheets which are silicone tray sectioners for baking trays so you can bake multiple items at once! Pretty much exactly what you have been doing with the aluminium foil all this time! 😂🤣
Great idea for a decent curry with minimum washing up. You (I think) mentioned to mrs B that you have no foil style wrapmaster. Well apparently. If my memory is correct you can use foil in the wrapmaster too.
Have you thought about using aluminium takeaway boxes to separate on the tray?, they come in loads of sizes, plus you don't need to be scared of the foil then lol
Love this.... BTW I use one of your silicone mats to stop my chopping board from moving around, it's perfect and can wipe it clean too, winner winner :)
