    I Praise God for you!!! I have just found you on youtube!!!!! This explains so many of my symptoms. I was just at the ER 3 nights ago thinking I was having a heart attack. I am a registered nurse , but my issues I believe are all related to this!! I am going to keep watching!

    I started applying castor oil at night on the right side of my neck where all the pain has been and it is helping so much. Thought I should share that with anyone suffering like I've been.

      Will have to do that. After being to the ER twice-no heart probs, not being able to eat solid foods, had an endoscopy, am eating more, but now the left neck and shoulder nerves are all inflamed. The castor oil might be helpful.

      I'm NEW to Dr. Hauser, and SO GRATEFUL! I'm sorry but, I must've not seen the castor oil application treatment. Can you please tell me how it's used and what the outcome should be? I see where you applied to your right neck, (obviously bc of pain, but what is the regimen?). I have HORRIBLE RIGHT NECK PAIN, and have recently saw an intergrative manipulation DO. I'm HOPING he will be the correct doctor to pursue the vagus nerve correlation and the myriad of my symptoms! Thank you😊

      @paulareid7478 Try directly applying it to the painful areas and then cover it with either a flannel cloth or a castor oil pack (Amazon). Sometimes, I would even use a heating pad simultaneously. You can try it at night while sleeping. Hope you find some relief with this 🙏.

      @@paulareid7478it’s so effective. I can’t take NSAIDS . So this is my pain reliever.
      Buy cold pressed organic casto oil in a glass bottle. Pour a liberal amount on a linen or thin cotton rag or pad . Place where there is pain . Cover with a heated compress to keep it warm. Your skin will absorb the oil and convert it into an anti inflammatory amino acid .
      It is very important to manage constant inflammation because it becomes a worsens issue that leads to disease as arteries and nerves can become damaged by small tears .
      I use a kit with two sizes of pads with Velcro . Large for trunk or small for other areas. It has a calming effect and also promotes bowel movements when places over intestines.
      Be careful of other claims with no research backing.
      It’s an amazing compress for inflammation and safer than any pain killer .
      Supplementing with Magnesium bisglynate and fish oils will also aid in reducing inflammation. That is my three pronged approach to 4 years of severe and debilitating neck and shoulder pain . After damaging my stomach with pain relievers .
      Buying a cotton kit is worth it less than $15 dollars. I use jMac castor oil. Works on painful knees hips etc for arthritis, RA and chronic joint pain .

      I feel your pain. I was the victim of a high speed, hit and run auto impact April 2012, by a driver employed by a pharmaceutical company. Diagnosed with reverse cervical khyphosis. Have seen chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapists, massage therapists --$$$$$$. Doctors who do prolotherapy I know are nowhere near as organized as Dr. Hauser. Looking at traveling to FL; only issue is the high expense of treatments...$3K initial consult. Will probably bite bullet. What amazes me is that typical MDs are COMPLETELY useless. As for the Korean guy, we have the same problem: Both of us have large heads. The price for high IQ? :) Korean guy...feel free to message me pls.

    Healthy my entire life until 30, left side of mouth pulls when my heart palpitates (stress,) left side of neck feels flighty, numbness, swollen ankles. I have had a CT, etc. at Tri Star in Nashville and they didn’t even send me home with imagery for a specialist - just $800 bill. Running, Vagus nerve activation, and chewing cloves is all that helps the “I’m going to die” feeling.

For me the main cause is Ehlers Danlos Syndrome but the catalyst was a brain injury and some thoracic outlet syndrome lingers still from the shoulder stability issues. Those are all kinda rare but there might be a chance he has EDS or thoracic outlet syndrome

    Wow this confirms a lot. In October I woke up with sharp pain on my chest, first thought heart attack, but I felt it outside my chest from clavicular bone to the low end of my ribcage and my heartrate was normal as well as bloodpressure. I also had mute pain in my arms most on left but occasionaly also on the right. To me it clearly felt like it was my nerves as nothing else follows the path I felt this shoot go through except some nerve. I of course had it checked by a doctor, my heart is fine, despite palpitations and arrhytmia. But one of my bloodvalues was high which could indicate a gone through heart attack, think it was lactase or something. My doctor didnt pay attention to it as other markers were fine and ruled that out as coincidence and I had been dehydrated for a bit which could have caused it. I have always thought my vagus nerve is not ok, I got anxiety that couldnt be tracked to anything, it was totally random even in the middle of the night. Stomach issues, digestive issues, reynauds syndrom, random tingling all over my body etc. Thanks for this extensive video, I look further into this!

  • @KMx108
    @KMx108 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    You could replace "you probably have vagus nerve degeneration" with "you probably have B12/B9 deficiency"....there is a LOT of symptom overlap. I'm not saying people don't have neck problems. I am one of those people, but many of these symptoms, which I thought was due to my neck, were greatly improved with high-dose methylcobalamin and methylfolate therapy. I've always had a very good diet but it turned out I am one of 25% of the population that doesn't process these vitamins well due to genetics. I still support prolotherapy! But be sure to make certain your B12/B9 needs are being met as part of addressing these symptoms. My blood tests were normal...you cannot rely on blood tests to tell you if you are deficient. I was actually seeing an autonomic neurologist for many of my symptoms and I'm so much better now. All I can think is that my vagus nerve is probably affected by my neck but was strengthened to a significant degree by high-dose vitamin B12/B9 therapy. And when I say high dose, let me tell you, i am taking 10 to 15mg of methylcobalamin injections a day (in multiple smaller doses) and 30mg oral methylfolate (in multiple smaller doses.)

    • @KMx108
      @KMx108 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Btw - I found my doses by trial of smaller amounts that didn't work as well as the higher doses. Everyone is different so anyone trying this needs to find what is right for them. Some people do better with hydroxocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin and there are different options for folate as well, but from my understanding, you don't want to take folic acid. My genetics issue is with MTHFR and I have to say, I can relate to all the weird dizzy "on a boat" sensations described by the patient at the end of this video. I now know that for me, those symptoms go away when I take enough methylfolate. If I don't take enough, the symptoms return, so there's a direct correlation. This is just one example of the numerous symptom improvements I have experienced.

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you for sharing your experience with that, K M. Glad that it has made a positive difference in your case. That's excellent! We recently had a patient who brought up this exact issue, as she was put on a B12 therapy and it helped some symptoms, but wasn't fully correcting the underlying issues. So, she had to dig further, and that's when she understood that it was likely her neck contributing to it as well. th-cam.com/video/ZV9z0kLXqOQ/w-d-xo.html There can be many facets of health that need to be addressed, especially the more debilitating and chronic the illness becomes. As you've probably heard us say, most patients come here after they've tried almost everything else and all conservative measures, including supplementation and improved nutrition, vitamin therapy, etc... So, when people are ready to take their case to the next level, they would reach out to us. Wish you all the best in health! Take care.

      @@lexi1536 I’m not a doctor but i know that the standard test is unreliable. the Igenex test is very expensive so many people with lyme are left behind to suffer. Lyme literate doctors don’t submit to insurance so mostly only richer people get the expert treatment needed. Maybe try to treat yourself as if you have it to see if you get better. I heard of some cheap remedies like methylene blue but you need to check for a g6bd deficiency before using. Red light therapy is supposedly another therapy for this stealth infection. @@lexi1536 I had those symptoms also and thought it may be Lyme or cervical instability and I've been able to greatly improve my symptoms with high dose B12 and B9 therapy. I made a post about it under this video if you want to look for it. The improvement has been dramatic. None of my bloodwork showed I had a deficiency but these high doses have resolved so many of my symptoms.

Severe tightness in throat and chest, shortness of breath when walking my o2 would drop to 62 and sometimes lower. I'm still looking for answers.

    I didnt know back then but when i studied vein sistem and nervs ,with what you confirmed, i now understand that you are a good person doc.
    For me verry hot watter works .
    I sometimes intentionally smoke and drink coffee to intentionally increase blood pressure in veins to make me defecate.but this is not the answer.
    I try to take vitamins from raw honey ,because boiled honey in comerce has no vitamin

    Excellent...explains the long covid and post body storms, ER and urgent care visits. They never found anything...when you don't feel well fatigued I have gotten light headed, blood pressure up, shaking, heart rate up...feeling doom as in death. Had called paramedics several times...all vitals good...although terrible body storms....having bowels movements immediately as a symtom....of course major anxiety for no reason,.one time got fatigued when I moved to a downstairs apartment, Juniper allergy hit...fell got concussion. Had neck adjustment felt better...with concussion...body storms mimics Panic attacks...so no one can help me. Although I went back to the neurologist, he said with concussion it wasn't dysautonimia like with long covid...but I knew it was my vagus nerve as I watch your videos..this video explains much detail...what's weird ...I got hit and run accident, he side swipped ...i was so calm as I pulled over on a side street called police. I never got shook in God was with me. ..and I was on my way to the chiropractor for concussion...after accident I was able to drive to the chiropractor..

      I went to the ER back in July, thought I was having a heart attack. Everything checked out. Had another attack in August, it was similar but flared up more in my stomach. Both instances I had a spasm in my esophagus. I could no longer eat solid foods and prescribed alot of meds. PPI meds have terrible side effects, bloated stomach after small meals. Since then my left side of the body feels more inflamed. Just had an upper endoscopy and its mostly OK. They say there is a motility issue-nerve related. I'd been doing Invisalign for about a year and had to stop that-talk about affecting the nerves of the jaw and head. My previous chiropractor was too rough on me and did deep thrusts in the mid back and seemed to trigger these spasms. It's been a nightmare. I'm only seeing the light of day now.

    • @danih7577
      @danih7577 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You just described my symptoms. I’m addition to squishing behind left ear (not crystals) and vertigo when I bend my knees and place my neck forward . Also standing straight and bending neck back . I’m being tested for VAS now . Possibly some slight arterial damage from stenosis from four years of inflammation cholesterol will patch damaged arteries and create a narrowing. The root issue is the inflammation causing tears and pressure on major nerves like the vagus and the frenic nerve..depending on side .
      NSAIDs reduce inflammation but they will create tares too.
      There is a major inflammation pain reversal by eliminating gluten (non negotiable) because it allows inflammatory molecules to enter blood stream including sugar by creating tares. Also gave up sugar .
      Eventually the chronic inflammation became diabetes and hyperlipodemia and damage to the artery along the vertebrae. The vagus nerve pressure from inflammation will cause what feels like a panic attack. It really messes everything up when it becomes chronic inflammation over time . The pressure behind your eye is a big indicator of VAS . Catch it now before it worsens ( creating arterial narrowing) cholesterol is made by our body to patch tares. But you have to address the inflammation. The surgery has little success, so when it causes extreme damage it requires me to take the extreme measure of eliminating gluten . I simply replaced gluten with almond flour and corn starch with tapioca powder. It’s not extreme , it’s only different. And cane sugars with natural sugars .
      A major arterial helper to prevent narrowing is Wax Matrix Niacin . (Enduricin) I take in combination with Nature Made Cholesteroff . Cholesteroff is a plant sterol that reduces plaquing by reducing triglycerides (sugar and cholesterol). It’s an actual blocker and it is prescribed in the UK instead of statins as a first approach. See the TLC free handbook . I reversed diabetes and hyperlipodemia fully after three months. My blood work was regularly taken .
      Additional, fish oil supplements 2 grams . I use sports research. And magnesium bisglynate 400 MG cal prev I think . Magnesium is for vagus nerve, tissue repair , calcium absorption . Plaque is a calcification. A molecule.
      Castor oil compresses are major anti inflammatory’s as well.
      Don’t freak out if you have minor narrowing of your vertebrae artery . Address the inflammation and you will live longer than most who don’t understand inflammation and artery damage. You want your arteries to b like a ballon (flexible ). You never want them to harden and become rigid to where of you ever need a stent in your lifetime an artery somewhere else will explode. I learned this with my father after a stent . He came home and burst elsewhere. That’s what chronic inflammation does to arteries leading to death . I don’t buy into fads. I read research and do the best that I can. I wish I didn’t ignore my own symptoms as I was on my way to stroking out . Deal with the pinched nerve in PT and improve your posture. There’s no one solution. The changes of habits and lifestyle matter and address symptoms root cause. Blood flow, artery health , and nerve health are just a few . Forward head Posture and shoulders place weight on nerves and contribute to chronic inflammation.
      The condition to rule out is called VAS . It’s the artery that runs along your vertebrate . Frenic and vagus nerve can rub against inflammation and become inflamed themselves. I went to the ER too with breathing problems stemming from the sternoclavical muscle pulling and putting pressure on vagus nerve and the pressure was directly over my sternum but originating from the shoulders and C5,6 area. This shoulder combines with neck muscles It’s all inter related. Which pulls on the jaw . It’s a vicious loop as pain causes muscle’s tension and jaw clenching . Sometimes I can actually feel acid building in my jaw. I’ve learned to relax my jaw and place my tongue at the roof of my mouth so my molar teeth aren’t touching. Awareness of habits matter . It’s all a crescendo. The eye pressure in my case came from nerve and then artery narrowing. It’s usually on the same side as where the jaw gets sore . The jaw can switch side for tightness, but there’s usually a predominant side where the inflammation and nerve pressure (stenosis) is . This took 4 years , numerous doctors, hours of research, and a whole lot of pain and damage to learn one thing .
      INFLammation. Deal with it now before surgery and disease.

      Also tmj . Yes after a filling . My dentist adjusted my bite . She adjusts her own bite a few times a year as maintenance. If you keep adding to your natural bite with filings or a crown , you have to adjust your bite as maintenance. This got rid of my TMJ. They file down the areas where they’ve Don work. Your bite has to be adjusted when your mouth is not numb . So you can bite on your natural way. It costs me nothing and it was a tremendous change . Also as you age your teeth move position . That’s why we get a little crowding with age . I bite adjust once a year or every other year now because my teeth became very healthy when I gave up processed food. I no longer need fillings , but teeth do shift with age .

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi carlschultz7902, Vagus nerve degeneration can be seen because the size of the vagus nerve gets smaller and smaller - meaning the neurons within the vagus nerve are dying. An opioid's job is to block pain and they do so by affecting the neurons in your brain and body, telling your brain to block the pain. Dr. Hauser wrote a great article on how opioids can increase chronic pain and their overuse - if you'd like to take a further look! www.caringmedical.com/prolotherapy-news/treating-joint-pain-without-painkillers/
