    I have so much appreciation and respect for your work and content. It's been very helpful for me. And I'm so grateful for your treatment of so many fellow hEDS fam. I hope to have the means to see you, one day. Re diet: I respectfully disagree. I agree that REAL, whole foods are the way. But I personally benefit from a primarily whole foods ANIMAL-BASED diet, heavy in saturated animal fat, free of the most toxic plants, including/especially grains and seed oils. And a LOT of people with autoimmune disease have had similar results, probably because we're consuming fewer antinutrients. For example, people with EDS/HCTD have no business packing in the oxalates. My POTS, MCAS, and gastroparesis all are MUCH improved. (And I was under 90lbs, too sick to feed/dress myself, at one point.) Indeed I doubt I currently meet the dx criteria for any of them. At 54yo. Please, fellow zebras, ignore the 'vegan' bs. No offense. Pleasee keep up the great work, Doc Hauser! You rock!

    I have hEDS with whiplash injuries x2. Will be making an appointment soon, from Canada. They don't treat C1/C2 instability here. I have had some prolotherapy on my neck, but I think I need a little more care, possibly to fix the curvature. My whole spine is damaged. Thank you for all your excellent information. There isn't a lot of treatment for what I have. Appreciate it so much.

I’m suffering and so sick of living this way. Thank you so much, I have had some very serious symptoms for many years. Problems with vertigo, ear ringing, sensitive eyes a lot of tiredness, intense cracking and pain in the neck. I have had all kinds of treatments osteopathy, acupuncture, chiropractors then seen many specialists some of whom told me that there was nothing they could do for me … I had few head trauma in my life, one that was quite serious in a car accident, temporary amnesia. Before covid I was about to loose my work being self employed, and my relationship (i had no more to give) And the lockdown gave me time to recuperate a bit… After watching many of you very instructive video, There is no doubt in my mind that I have ligament instability in the neck. I am living in Quebec Canada. I am now in the process of finding a prolotherapy practitioner here. If ever you know anybody who is practicing here I would appreciate the reference, again thank you , you give me hope.

      @@CaringmedicalProlotherapy the question is how do these ligaments get stretched in the first place and how long does the Prolotherapy keep them tight for a more long term solution? When the people who do travel to the clinic to get treatment ,how long are they staying to get 2 treatments and how long is that lasting them ?? For some patients is one treatment enough to get them back on a healthier track ? Thanks for what you do.

      Most ligaments get slowly stretched over time by a process called creep, here is an article about it on our website! www.caringmedical.com/prolotherapy-news/ligament-healing/#:~:text=Ligament%20creep%20most%20commonly%20occurs,stretched%20while%20stabilizing%20the%20head.
      The many hours hunched over cell phones causes the slow stretching of the posterior ligaments of the neck. Most people need approximately 5 visits of Prolotherapy. 10-15% only need 2 treatments, however some severe cases need up to 10-12 visits. You need to stay approximately 10-12 days to get two treatments. Some people come every 2-3 months for treatments (because of affordability and other factors). When I (Dr. Hauser) ran a charity clinic in rural Illinois, I saw patients only every 3 months, the treatment still worked but it took longer for people to get better.

    Shalom Dr. Hauser & staff 😊 I appreciate whoever responded to my comment a few days ago, on another video, thank you, I so need any encouragement, especially the further I age.
    I do have a general question for Dr. Hauser. What is your view on and/or experience with people who have survived severe sepsis/toxic shock? I ask because I am now 47, and I fought toxic shock syndrome twice when I was 14 (a year prior, I had an accident where I ran into a leather cord, tied between 2 trees, on my neck, slammed onto my back and briefly lost consciousness) and have had major health problems these more than 3 decades since; and, very little actual help from the medical field, and believe me you, I have been to a lot of providers these 33 years lol
    I would love to be "me" again, whether in this life, or if I am to wait for my perfect body after the resurrection, I will do my utmost to endure to the end!
    I attribute and testify my life to the awesome power of our beloved Abba Creator and His Son our Messiah Yahusha, without whom I'd most surely have given up hope long long ago!
    Any extra help is much appreciated, as I've honestly found no real explanation or help as to what the damage is from sepsis, a plan of what to do, except the vague pain, chronic fatigue, ms, fibromyalgia, brain fog, and the myriad of other symptoms that occur in many of us after sepsis; Unless and until I can figure out a way to make it to see you as a patient. I have been praying to Abba to petition Him for a way to see you & truly get better and healed 😊 I do not want to be a prisoner in my body and apartment any longer.
    I encourage others who are struggling with severe symptoms & pain, you are not alone, you are seen and loved! You keep holding on, and, there is the hope of a better life! Hopefully in this one, we would all love to be "whole" and well, but, if not, then there is the hope of forever shalom, our Yahusha resurrecting us to a changed body, better than any body on this earth, for we shall be like him!! Romans 8:38&39 🌷 Bless Abba YaH and may He bless you, shalom in our beloved Yahusha HaMashiach.

      Yes usually this occurs in patients who have injuries or dysfunction to their vagus nerves. So please do the things you see on internet to improve vagus nerve function (ie laughing, positivity, uplifting friends, uplifting music, strong faith in God, vagus nerve stimulation). Monitor your vagus nerve function by HRV (Oaru ring/apple watch, other means)…get your heart rate variability as high as you can.
      As a side note I was training for a marathon and running by where Marion and I lived in Forest Park Illinois (late 80’s early 90’s) and I was running through of all places a cemetery (Forest Park Illinois is in Guinness Book of Records because more dead people are there than alive as there are so many cemeteries). Well all of a sudden I was on the ground because I had ran into a wire, much like you describe…I didn’t see it, all I knew was I was on the ground…fortunately it hit me across my chest, if it had hit me across my neck I may have died (the place was on corner of Roosevelt road and Des Priver road in forest park, that is how vivid the memory is for me)…so yes I understand your injury…realize that injury for you would have compressed and could have injured your vagus nerve then by direct crush injury (sometimes I have even had to inject PRP in the front of the neck for vagus nerve regeneration)….
      If you believe you have a neck injury causing the vagus nerve dysfunction (watch videos on vagus nerve that I have made, during Covid year I did three, two hour videos on vagus nerve) then come to the Hauser Neck Center and be evaluated. Great question…remember everything has a cause and sometimes you need tests to figure out the cause and that is what we do at Hauser Neck Center. We measure the vagus nerve cross sectional area and look at your neck structure with digital motion x-ray and upright cone beam CT scan. Great question!!!!

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great question Nino - because the TMJ is so superficial you can feel that it is loose… if there is clicking, grinding, popping, sometimes you can just hear it with a stethoscope…we do have ultrasounds and you can move your jaw laterally and medially and show it (along with MRI in different positions). However, the person ultimately needs Prolotherapy to tighten the ligaments, so typically you just do a physical examination and then treat the person with Prolotherapy!

    Does non-sinusitis nasosinal pain and/or increased sense of of smell (hyperosmia) relate to Hauser's Law?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Dear living healthy every day - well the olfactory nerve is cranial nerve 1 and all one has to note from google is that the dysfunction of smell is common in many conditions not just covid! Cranial nerve 1 dysfunction (olfactory nerve) can become too sensitive or decreased sensitivity by any process that puts pressure on it. In my (Dr. Hauser) practice it is typically intracranial pressure from jugular vein compression. One Hauser Law is if you have a condition thought to be from some processing problem of the brain then follow from where the nerve paths traverse and it will lead you to ligamentous cervical instability. The reason? Well, all nerve impulses and fluid flow have to go through the neck to go to the brain and from it right?
      In regard to nasosinusal pain or other symptoms, the trigeminal nerve (cranial nerve 5) dysfunction can occur from intracranial hypertension from compression of jugular veins as cerebrospinal fluid around it compresses it.
      In summary, almost all of this is helped by improving cervicothoracic posture (reduce hyperkyphosis), trying hard not to hunched over, and looking up and not down at cell phones and screens. Consider buying prism glasses and raising computer heights. I get involved when the above doesn’t resolve the symptoms.

      Bekah - we are so sorry to hear about your son. He needs an EDS doctor that does Prolotherapy. It is likely he has cervical dysstructure and cervical instability. Remember, if a person's vagus nerves are being injured, it is unlikely there will be long-term resolution of a chronic symptom since the vagus nerves are so vital for reduction of stress in the human body. I think parasympathetic nervous system ill-health is likely the missing link in your son's recovery!

    Okay, Dr. Hauser @Caring Medical & Hauser Neck Center , riddle me this...What about a hyper kinetic gallbladder that spits out 90% of the bile in a matter of seconds? Gastro doesn't seem to know why it happens and there is very little research on it. Based on everything you have said, it seems to make sense if it is related to the Vagus Nerve, but I don't recall you ever mentioning it.

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes right vagus nerve dysfunction can cause this. Remember, we don’t have great tests that show the vagus nerve is dysfunctional - we have to rely on symptoms. The vagus nerve is the nerve supply to the gastroesophageal sphincters (sphincter of Oddi and others) so if the vagus nerve is continually getting irritated on the right side, your gallbladder function won’t be normal.
      My advice is to watch vagus nerve videos and if there is relief seen after the advice on those then come out to our clinic and do the whole neck program at Caring Medical. It is likely you have compression or injury of your right vagus nerve between the atlas and an elongated styloid bone. Keep fighting you are on the right track!!!!

      Hauser’s Law pertains to chronic symptoms where the cause is not known. What you need to realize also is that you can’t call something chronic Lymes (or per the definition) not to call it that if a person has another condition that is causing their symptoms. So let’s agree on these two precepts:
      1. Chronic Lymes disease and mold toxicity can cause the same symptoms as chronic cervical ligamentous instability. There will be a ‘few’ people who don’t know have cervical dysstructure and/or ligamentous cervical instability and do have symptoms from chronic lymes and mold toxicity but
      2. The main fact is that someone who is on the computer or cell phone for 10-14 hours/day is much more likely to have ligamentous cervical instability and/or cervical dysstructure than chronic Lymes. Few doctors have treated more Lymes disease patients than me, early in my career. I treat almost none now because even if they have blood tests that supposedly are positive for Lyme when I resolve the cervical instability and correct the neck structure, the symptoms resolve or reduce.
      Because of cell phone addiction, the person with chronic symptoms should think of ligamentous cervical instability before chronic Lyme.
      Back when I was in medical school the most common surgery was vagotomy (or one of the most common) to reduce stomach ulcers. So it was a shock to everyone when they found out ulcers were from h pylori in most cases. I am like that doctor who discovered h pylori infections causing ulcers - Hauser's law is correct in most situations to show the cause of chronic symptoms.

    is there a hausers law to dural ectasia ? any way i can avoid "throwing my back out"

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Over the last 10 years, there has been a lot of research on the myodural bridge and it is likely there are many places where the muscles (like the rectus and obliques in the upper cervical) attach to the dura, so I look at dural ectasia or dural problems and primarily stemming from ligamentous spinal instability because that is what would cause the muscles to chronically contract and potentially get more tight and thick and thus cause dural ectasia.
      Most people's problems stem from bad posture due to slouching, slouching in a chair, or being hunched over a computer. It causes a loss of lumbar and cervical lordosis and eventually, this posture held over many hours, days, and years causes the slow stretching of ligaments. To resolve your back from going out then have the ligaments tightened, and strengthened from Prolotherapy.
      Prolotherapy is an injection that signals the body to proliferate the fibroblasts that make the tight collagen in ligaments. Prolotherapy sessions are done every 4-6 weeks typically and most people need 4-5 sessions overall to resolve their backs from going out but still require good posture long term otherwise the ligamentous dysfunction problem will recur!!

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When early, chronic hiccups are likely due to ligamentous cervical instability because of the effect on the vagus nerve. Unfortunately, by the time people see us, they often have hiatal hernia, reflux esophagitis and a host of other things…you are correct in that chronic hiccups can be from cervical spinal degeneration and ligamentous cervical instability because it can affect the phrenic nerve. One of the symptoms of chronic phrenic nerve irritation is chronic hiccups. However by improving the neck curve and stability (and improving vagus nerve health by laughing, positive thinking, reducing stress and have a joyful countenance) the symptoms typically improve.

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey Alice! Right sided facial flushing means right-sided issue right? So either your right external jugular vein is being compressed (which would reduce blood drainage on the right side of your face) or the right superior cervical sympathetic ganglion is being irritated (that would stimulate sympathetic system on right side of your face) - both of which could be happening or cause right facial redness.
      Unblocking your internal jugular vein on right side (make sure when you sleep your chin is not near your chest) could really help - there are a few videos on unblocking the jugular vein. Try improving your posture, sleeping in a position that helps your neck curve, and start keeping tract of thoracic and neck posture and chin position when you have the facial flushing as may reveal some clues that the problem is in your neck! If these things don't seem to help, come see us at the Hauser Neck Center in Fort Myers Florida - we'd love to help you!

      We'd love to help however It is not clear what your symptoms are, if you could provide your symptoms clearly we can apply Hauser's law and figure out what the problem is, here are a couple of possibilities…
      Say a person has restless legs at night…well if you follow the neurology, the neurology will lead to either hip, pelvis or lower back instability….if one has cold legs or cold feet - again hip, pelvis or low back instability as the neurology of this is the sciatic nerve and this is affected by hip, pelvis and or lumbar instability. Cold hands that would be shoulder and/or cervical ligamentous instability.
      Give us a call and we can get to the bottom of it together!

    Ulcerative colitis. Done 3 upper cervical PRP (C0-C7), 3 PICL procedures, curve correction w weights, dry needling, atlas adjustments. I still have the ulcerative colitis and clogged brain. What else can I try?

      Did you do all that at his clinic? A lot of people go to other clinics before him and don't succeed but do well when they see him

      There does seem to be a connection between ulcerative colitis and vagus nerve could it be possible that the vagus nerve impingement is still not resolved or perhaps you have something else

      Sometimes folks are doing the right things and something is missing - there are two options, come to see us at the Hauser neck center or consider getting a CT venogram to see if you still have a blocked jugular vein (thus compressing right vagus nerve). You likely have an elongated styloid on the right side or still have some unresolved right upper cervical instability. I admire your courage to think outside the box, the ideal client for me (Dr. Hauser)! As you know we need more people and patients thinking outside the box for us to show that there is actually causes for conditions such as ulcerative colitis. I am assuming you did all the hypo-allergic food elimination stuff and are working on reducing your stress levels and having a joyful countenance. Recently, I read James 4:10, humble yourself before the Lord and he will in due time exalt you. Sometimes in life many of us (myself included) feel lonely and alone. I am surrounded by many people but often I feel alone, because people don’t understand me or think the way I do. That verse reminds me that the God of the universe sees me and cares about me and he cares about you and everyone. It is his job to elevate you, so when people bad mouth me (as people will do on the internet right?), I know I am trying to make the world a better place as I suspect you and the others on this site are as well. We together are making a difference, I want you to know you are on the right course, Ivana - don’t give up and when you have been given the gift of healing, I know the Lord will use you in a mighty way to heal others!

      @@LivingHealthyEveryday ofcoarse ,but not the main cause !
      Toxins ,free radicals ,then inflammation is the main cause,next poor collagen production 2ry to protein ,follate and vit c deficiency .

      @@mohammedabdulkadir2004 those things predispose the ligaments to be weaker yes, but are not the cause. For someone who won't regenerate ligament tissue after regenerative therapies like prolo, addressing those other factors could be the roadblocks. My whole practice is dedicated to epigenetics and toxicology so I'm highly fascinated about this :) Healthy regards!
