You have the solutions to the very practical problems we face in our daily to daily practice. Thanks a lot sir for such informative videos. Please keep on the good work.
Used hydent pro as mentioned by sir but we seat the prosthesis loaded with tooth paste... It gives a shock like sensation to the patient for a minute... I think we should local anesthesia before the procedure
Thank you for the valuable tips. Was not aware of hydent pro. Wanted to know if we use gluma desensitizer, we can avoid giving temporary crowns as we will be giving permanent crowns in 2 to 3 days.
Wonderful educative vedio,,,doc.thanks.pls clear me this doubt,,,,, can we do both external and internal desensitization before cementation,? Second,,, after the tooth prep,,, after desesitising with gluma,,, should i provide a temporary crown,,, with spot etching ( for easy TC removal) or not?
Thanks for the help ful tips.. If are to leave the prepared tooth without provisions crown for 2 days ..can we use gluma to prevent the trauma to the tooth.
@@DrMoezKhakianiMDSMumbai yes yes..you are bang on target..but leave aside quacks..we as dentists are very much a part of this practice of not using provisional crowns..thanks🤐
Can I ask for a quick favor in return... Could u plz write me a review... You could mention about me as a person, a clinician, a speaker, about how I may have helped you grow... Would truly appreciate that.. Sharing the link here g.page/r/CahKWVuQHnHlEAg/review
Hello sir ,can we use varnish or APF gel to prevent sensitivity immediately before cementation or apply it during the interim period until the prosthesis is delivered?
In dubai that paste is not available for external desensitisation. NormallyI tell the patients to put sensodyne thick paste overnight or for some time ..heee ..thanks
@@DrMoezKhakianiMDSMumbaisir one more doubt, can we apply it to severely attrited teeth in old patients ie., gluma to block normal tooth sensitivity?
Honestly, love you sir for your efforts. I am sure every dentist loves you. Short and full knowledge 😊

When you cement a crown do you provide LA to reduce cold air sens or would applying gluma to the prep negate use of LA?
Any tips on post cementation sensitivity- if we could minimize the symptoms due to obvious lack of foresight?
Very useful information sir thank you 🙂

Hello sir thank u so much, please tell me we have to dry the tooth after washing i.e before 2nd application of gluma? Please clarify my doubt
Hello... No need to dry thr tooth... That would be counterproductive
Absolutely amazing tip sir

In both scenarios, it would be a personal choice. I always like to give provisionals.
Hydent pro??
Loved it
Can hydent pro be given for sensitivity patients for home use ?
Thank you for your great information. But Hydent pro is not available in my country, are there any other brand that we can use?
very good informative
Sir gluma should be applied before etchant or after etchant is used for composite restorations?

Sr Thanks for ur tuesday tips.
Sr does it stick on to the tooth surface like a layer at micro level or does it interfere in crown cementation

After cementation, Cervical sensitivity usually occurs. How do you cop up with that?
👌, please attach mic to your collar to have better voice quality
Sir help me in managing sensitivity during oral prophylaxis procedure..
Can we use this hydent pro daily.. I mean in generalised sensitivity...?
Can we use both external and internal agents on same tooth ie after preparation and during cementation?
Can u make video on impression materials ? Plz
Hello... Which aspect... Coz materials is majorly theory while techniques is more practically oriented
Wonderfull...Sir
Is not that affect crown bonding to teeth surface either by gic or rmgic
Nope... Ample literature stating no detrimental effects on bond strength post cementation
Thank you so much

Hello sir ,can we use varnish or APF gel to prevent sensitivity immediately before cementation or apply it during the interim period until the prosthesis is delivered?
Never tried to be true. Concerned if these would affect bond strength of the final restorations...
Thank you Sir

Good video
Very useful. 👍👍👍
thank you doc !
Can we use both?
The choice is yours, whichever you want to use
Sir does it affect the curing of bonding agent and composite?
Ample literature says it improves the bond strength
Thank you
Sir, do u have all the topic of lectures written somewhere as I am finding difficulty to find lectures please ?

@@DrMoezKhakianiMDSMumbaisir one more doubt, can we apply it to severely attrited teeth in old patients ie., gluma to block normal tooth sensitivity?
excellent sir
What about IDS technique vs gluma?
IDS is technically with bonding agent/ resin cement
Doc. Can we use sensodyne rapid relief instead of hydent -p?
i have tried but it pains like GIC
Sir ur a champ
Man this are some really good tips ...thankyou
Glad to hear you enjoy the tips... 😊
Like for the straws
GLUMA is VARDAAN
And this Gluma irritate and burn gingiva and lips
So basic common sense says keep it away from soft tissue... It ment to work on teeth, rite?
@@DrMoezKhakianiMDSMumbai
but after washing it will be on soft tissue and may cause tissue necrosis
@@dr.mustafaalharby1257 only if u leave it there for extented time... Rinse thoroughly just like u rinse phosphoric acid after etching....
