Same reason they removed previously on survivor and since last season jeff congratulating who won individual immunity is also not aired. Also jeff does not say the jury members names when they come in to save like a couple seconds of airtime lol. They only have 42 minutes per episode and all of those take up time
honestly it's pretty frustrating that these set traditions have been removed for "more airtime". like i get not calling the eoe jury because there are too many of them but like at least keep some old stuff going. these are the things that still make survivor iconic two decades after their debut.
Survivor is trying hard to get this show to be 90 minutes. I commend them for cutting out the opening credits and even the recaps to the previous show to make the current episode as long as possible. However, I do miss the opening credits. I loved them!

I would have preferred they gave us an opening credits with each player instead of that champagne moment in the first episode
