Enjoying the videos as we trying to familiarize ourselves with the area and our eventual retirement in a couple of years. Would like to see videos of gated communities that have resort style pools and an on site restaurant that are not golf equity communities.
Thanks for watching and commenting. The list gets a little more narrow when you include a restaurant on site when you are not in a golf club community. Many have the resort style pool, but don't have a restaurant. Corkscrew Shores, The Place at Corkscrew and a few communities in Babcock Ranch and Ave Maria offer the pool and restaurant without golf. We have The Place and Corkscrew Shores videos on our channel. We can also setup a search with your criteria if you send us your contact info through our website www.guillettegroup.com
Thanks for the question. I will share a few updates as it relates to the question. There are one time fees that relate to applications, transfers and capital fund contributions that everyone pays at closing for a resale property. Those fees are around $2,650 but vary by neighborhood within Pelican Landing. The master association is currently around $210/mo. Everyone pays this fee. Additionally, if you are in a townhome/coach home type building you will pay a secondary association. They vary, but generally they are around $550/mo. We can pull the specific amounts for any unit you may be interested in. Let us know if we can help in any way!
@@TheGuilletteGroupLiveJoySWFL Thank you for the update. We will definitely keep in touch with you when we are ready to explore South West Florida neighborhoods.

Arborwood Preserve has a great restaurant and Town Center and a fantastic pool off of Treeline just North of RSW. Homes, coach and carriage homes too.
Nice community. What’s the HOA for the Townhomes/Coach style homes?

A lot of these homes need new roofs, lots of repairs and updates.
