It's good to see how you started because I've started with the Parker washer myself 🤗 and I'm also working out of the car at the minute, it makes me feel a little unprofessional sometimes 🤷♂️
Quick question, did you have a service cleaner with the Parker?
We've all gotta start somewhere 💪 I don't suggest a surface cleaner with anything under 15 liters per minute

Ive been looking into to starting myself and thought the exact same pressure washer... Is it worth getting please?
So do you not need any form of chemicals or anything like that buddy or is it just water

This pressure washer is now 189.99 ! I rang them as the page for it on their website doesn't say that their turbo nozzle is compatible, but the page for the PPPW-2900 does (both machines are also sold on amazon and the 2900 has terrible reviews whereas the reviews are ok for the 3100). I phoned Parker and the chap I spoke to said the turbo nozzle isn't compatible, I mentioned this video and that it worked fine for 12 months and he just said something about the pressure blah blah which seemed a little like he didn't know but was told that they are to say this. Who knows, it's surely the same nozzle and you say it worked fine for you. Also, I assume that you didn't need / use a buffer tank with the PPPW-3100 ever as you wouldn't have not been able to work that one job with low tap flow rate ? Cheers, Simon :)
It might be something to do with the orifice size of the turbo nozzle being too small for the 3100. This may have contributed to the pump failure over time.
With the 3100 you need a 035 size turbo nozzle.
Can you recommend a reasonable priced service cleaner for that machine, thanks
Surface cleaner? I just got the wetjet 14 to use with my 12 lpm hyundai machine! Safe to say it was £60 very well spent and works exceptionally well in the 3000psi and 10/12 litres per min machine

Maybe a small quick release 16" one yes, but you'd have to go slow with it. I had mild success with mine before the plastic shell broke.

Nah definitely not necessary to start. Turbo nozzle is important but not suitable for delicate surfaces 👍
