Calvin Klein has interesting reasons for developing some of his perfumes.) Anyway, I wanted to tell you that pe fumes ,colognes, and toilet waters degrade in sunlight. I loved putting my pretty bottles on my vanity, but since I have learned about perfumes, I keep the bottles in a the box it was sold inside of and try to keep them away from light and heat. I thought I would ask you if you had noticed how the color of the fragrance affects the lightness or heaviness of the scent. Darker fragrances smell stronger and I think they degrade quicker. I love your videos and have been subscribed since you first started your videos! My husband has even started asking me occasionally, "What are Tiffany and Brad up to these days?" So in a way you have become part of my family. My husband has been going through chemo, radiation, and stem cell transplant. It has been physically difficult for him and very emotional for me. I want you to know how much you have helped me during the really hard times, late at night when Glenn was at Duke and I was 1 hour 15 minutes away, bathing, gathering small things he needed and refreshing my tote bag for the next day.I would get in bed around 1:00 or2:00 a.m. Being so tired and over- wrought that I could not relax ,I would watch your new and rewatch you older videos. You gave me a sense of normalcy to the point where I was finally able to relax,sleep and prepare for the next day. You are a God- send in many different ways. I've been gravitating towards more masculine scents lately. My fave at the moment is Tom Ford Oud Wood. I just got a sample of Dior Collection Priveé Fève Délicieuse and Leather Oud and I'm loving them both. I'll probably buy a full bottle of Fève Délicieuse as Leather Oud is a beast of a fragrance and must be worn in the right settings.
One of my favorite perfumes is Abercrombie's "Ezra". You can only get it online now on like Amazon or eBay and it's crazy $$$. It's a very unique smell.

So many perfumes turn bitter on me. Mostly floral scents. Classic Burberry is my favorite!! It smells so much like cool weather to me I usually only wear it in the fall/winter. I don't have a rule about seasonal scents either but it seems too heavy for me to wear in our hot, humid Georgia summers. I would really like a nice fresh summer scent that I love as much as the Burberry.
Tiffany, I think the creamy scent you are talking about is musk. And it is often paired with white flowers like gardenia. As for the bitter smell you mentioned, I had an Annick Goutal perfume called Madragore with bergamot in it, that starts delicious but turned into a burnt orange kind of smell after a while.

I read once that rollerballs smell different, because perfume is meant to be sprayed, and rolling it "squishes" the fragrance molecules or something, and alters the way it smells. You're also apparently not supposed to rub perfume on your wrists for this same reason. No clue if it's true or not but it always stuck with me!
Have you ever tried The pink Chanel Chance - Eau Tendre (tender water)? It's supposed to be similar to Daisy, however, I've never been a fan of Daisy but I love the Chance. It really works on me, one of my faves. Next on my list is Replica By the Fireplace, it's wrapped and ready to be delivered to me by my husband for Valentine's Day tomorrow. In some ways you wouldn't think it's a wearable scent but I adore it on my skin (and that is saying a lot because everything turns funny on me). Also, I'm planning to purchase the Wood Sage and Sea Salt in the future, based on your rec!
I went and smelled Lipstick On and Mojave Ghost just this weekend! Mojave Ghost changed on me and gave me a headache. Lipstick On was weird and the husband said I smelled like the waxy Dr Pepper candies but I liked it!
My signature scent is Flora by Gucci. Since I loved that so much I bought Gorgeous Gardenia. However, I returned it as I realized it smelled like a hello kitty perfume Sephora had when they carried Hello Kitty.
My favorite perfume is Killian Dangerous Leasons Typical Me. Such a great perfume, love the brand. Very long lasting. Killian also has his perfumes in travel sizes.

I went to Sephora to smell Lipstick On after u talked about it. It's very interesting! I got a sample of it. It smells too much like baby powder on me, but I love the smell of lipstick so sometimes I just spray it in the air just to smell lipstick. Its weird, theres something so comforting about the smell of lipstick.
Try mixing the mimosa and cardamom with the wood sage and sea salt together. I wasn't loving the mimosa, but mixed it's so pretty. I would recommend the blackberry and bay. Favorite is the blue agave and cacao but it's sadly discontinued. Love both the nirvana, what I reach for if I'm not using Jo Malone. Got some gypsy water for a gift, like the dry down- a bit tangy. Wouldn't repurchase either. Eternity is my classic favorite, brings me back...scent is so nostalgic. Thanks for the video, so enjoyed!

Funny how different people's tastes in perfumes are.. I LOVE gucci gardenia! My favorite perfume of all time is Ralph by Ralph Lauren. The bottle is nothing special but I love the scent! I have worn it for over 10 years now, but like to use it when I go out, not as a daily fragrance. Anyone else like that? Only wear certain perfumes for certain events or times of year? Haha
Get your nose on A Taste Of Heaven By Kilian. Men's fragrance kind of a really good "barbershop" scent. It's one of those that just turns your head and you just want to devour whomever is wearing it.
I found blanche to be a little one dimensional. The soapiness never changed on my skin and I got sick of it after awhile. I absolutely love gypsy water! I've been meaning to try mojave ghost and now it's a must!

I went to Sephora to smell Lipstick On after u talked about it. It's very interesting! I got a sample of it. It smells too much like baby powder on me, but I love the smell of lipstick so sometimes I just spray it in the air just to smell lipstick. Its weird, theres something so comforting about the smell of lipstick.

Try mixing the mimosa and cardamom with the wood sage and sea salt together. I wasn't loving the mimosa, but mixed it's so pretty. I would recommend the blackberry and bay. Favorite is the blue agave and cacao but it's sadly discontinued. Love both the nirvana, what I reach for if I'm not using Jo Malone. Got some gypsy water for a gift, like the dry down- a bit tangy. Wouldn't repurchase either. Eternity is my classic favorite, brings me back...scent is so nostalgic. Thanks for the video, so enjoyed!

Funny how different people's tastes in perfumes are.. I LOVE gucci gardenia! My favorite perfume of all time is Ralph by Ralph Lauren. The bottle is nothing special but I love the scent! I have worn it for over 10 years now, but like to use it when I go out, not as a daily fragrance. Anyone else like that? Only wear certain perfumes for certain events or times of year? Haha
Get your nose on A Taste Of Heaven By Kilian. Men's fragrance kind of a really good "barbershop" scent. It's one of those that just turns your head and you just want to devour whomever is wearing it.

I found blanche to be a little one dimensional. The soapiness never changed on my skin and I got sick of it after awhile. I absolutely love gypsy water! I've been meaning to try mojave ghost and now it's a must!

I love the Replica Lipstick On fragrance. They make one called Beachwalk that I adore as well. I also like Nirvana Bourbon. Andy Warhol Union Square by Bond no 9 is my all time favorite though. I am glad you gave your opinion on the Byredo scents. I got some samples and I wanted to like them more then I actually did. Now I don't feel the need to purchase one. Thanks for the update.
