    Thanks for taking the time to talk with a semi-newbie earlier this week. Your willingness to share your insight and experience to help another business be successful makes you stand out from the rest. Thanks again for your time! - Darra, Duff’s Dumpsters

    Really like your channel. Thank You. I just bought a 3500 Diesel truck and a 16 ft Dump trailer. Id like to get started and be able to grow something that will eventually allow me to leave auto sales and have more time off.

    Awesome Video man! I run a small Demo. & Snow Removal company in MA and have been looking into the Disposal business. Appreciate your videos due to the solid information and hands on experience you put out. Looking forward to future videos. Personally, looking for us to focus on the Hook Lift Roll Off sector.

    Love it!! How did you get your first customers? Was it word of mouth or did you find another garbage company and bought their route? I’m out here in California and worked for multiple transfer stations and recycling centers. It’s definitely my goal I get stuck on how to move forward and what I should do to begin! Keep it up with these videos! Also the interviews with other companies are amazing as well!

      Nothing works until you start it. There’s plenty of people that want to help small businesses grow and get moving but it’s definitely getting started first and then get promoting very little beats a few evenings a week of going out and meeting people

      @@georgewelker853 Wow I needed to hear that. I always overthink and get so nervous that it won’t work. Yesterday I called Toter and Cascade. I’m just waiting for my quote. I’ve been working on the business plan and gathering information from all the other companies for the past couple years. I’m learning so much on the way. Thanks!

    Do you have a payment system for residential trash customers such as a portal? We currently use quickbooks but I’m wanting to find something else for customers to keep a track of payments and add a payment link to our website

    roughly what does rent cost for your new shop/yard?

    • @lakechamplainsanitation7226
      @lakechamplainsanitation7226  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because we share it with 3 other businesses and have limited space it’s under $1,000/month but if we used the whole space I’m thinking $2,500-$4,500 roughly
