Hi Caitlyn, im a 40 yr carpenter, have been diagnosed with DDD going back 12 or 13 years. Have been denied twice. Never followed up on an appeal. Just pushed through the pain like anyone in the military was told to do. Now it has evolved into severe lumbar stenosis at 59 y.o., documented with an mri, current med records through the va. Have passed the non medical phase of process for ssi. Feeling ok about that but not going to hold my breath. I have done all the heavy lifting, printed out and mailed in all mri and med records for last 2 yrs. I feel im going to have an appeal in my very near future. Can you rep someone on the west coast. Great info, thanks. DC
Im currently waiting on my hearing. Is it possible to be approved by an ALJ prior to my hearing? Im a 48 year old male. My conditions are as follows. Neck surgery, disk replacement 2 levels. 2 lubar surgeries Degenerative disc disease & spinal stenosis Bilateral patella femoral Rheumatoid arthritis multiple joints on my 4th medication Bilateral Carpal tunnel Peripheral Vascular Disease Peripheral cartoid stenosis I am being treated for all of these currently and have MRIs x-rays and ultrasounds. I have 17 years of medical documentation. Thank you for reading.
@@BeaconDisabilityPLLC Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. My medical records are up to date as recent as two days ago. My file also includes a physical therapy report from 7 months ago. Stating I will not benefit from additional therapy. I also have a letter from my Rheumatologist, saying I can't bend lift or grasp, as well as difficulty walking. My medications are all updated as well. I am just baffled by this entire process. 3 years and counting. You're videos are great and informative and appreciate you putting them out for people like me. We're all struggling and looking for answers. Keep up the great work.

It might be possible, but it depends on the ALJ and the medical records that are in the file.
