This is exactly why we need a pity system and/or a complete overhaul to the banner format. 7 years in, and nothing has changed regarding summoning. There should be animations - like any other gacha game - to boost the likelihood of pulling the new unit. Also, adding a step-up feature, OUTSIDE of PAID purposes would help F2P players tremendously
I made a highly discussed thread about this in reddit with a poll and most including myself concur that a PITY SYSTEM is extremely needed in Another Eden, also the 2nd most popular opinion is Overhauling the entire summoning system

Might be a little late, but I wanted to say that I can relate with those pulls, it feels that another eden has treated our pulls poorly since SA was introduced... I wish you better luck for your future pulls and thx again for all the content you've been making!
I complained my ass off on the survey about this system. The odds on featured banners must be increased, even on the paid side it’s atrocious.

Been 50k for me since I pulled an on-banner. Not even a new 4.5*.
Brutal! And I know the feeling as my bad luck continued through the Kuchinawa banner. I cope by almost never doing more than 10 ten pulls. Any more and it’s just unbearable to fail. Mostly I now stop at five as beyond that it’s a difficult challenge to keep my spirts up. Bravo to you for managing to keep this video as positive as possible in the face of so much disappointment. That said, my luck changed yesterday. I got a shiny new 4.5 Wenifica for yesterday’s Whisper. Today’s paid Guiding Drop gave me a beautiful brand new Melpiphia (worth the risk as I only had one of those Stellar Awakened), and my 5 ten pulls on the free banner got me a 4.5 Xianhua and a lovely Stellar Awakened Anabel. Very unfortunate pull session.
Didnt even login to the game for over a month continuously, no videos put out from my end either, although i did get lucky on banners at the time so it wasnt really any impulse rage, i knew for a fact that the system is unsustainable and wfs havent done anything positive.
Decided to cut my losses and just end it a few months ago. Many people i know that actually loved the game like 7th Archangel and Bamiji are kind of on the edge as well, Bamiji also decided to discontinue his tierlist.
Also the most well known jp player "Tiger" who most of us consider the AE God is considering quitting as well, while another popular jp player called Mineral_AE already quit the day after the first SA stream went live.
Wishing good luck to anyone who still like the game but theres nothing here for me anymore. Was a good journey but it is what it is.
Wow I’m sorry that you’ve quit the game. Like you, I can see that f2p (and even light spenders) won’t be able to keep up with the new SA system. I’ve tried to stay positive but hearing about you, 7th and even Bamiji and other prominent players like Tiger and JP players quitting makes me sad. I’ve always enjoyed our conversations and I hope to continue to see you around online.
As for myself I’m not sure I can maintain my commitment to the game given the significant negative changes to the game. I guess I’ll have to really think about it.

AE in my opinion slowely transformed from enjoyable "JRPG with some gacha elements" to being a monetization machine ever since the last JP producer change
The major factor for me is losing motivation to farm dungeons.
The fact that buying keys from gems is discouraged, making all the farming take way longer than normal.
Then realise that the avg to farm a char is increased,say from 4-6 months to like 6-8 months, only to later realise that u dont even get the full version of the character and that they will probably be cripped forever.
However i can say that the story quality has not gone down, so people who play the game for the story, can still enjoy and continue the game.
I still watch some your videos even when i dont have any plans to play the game just coz ur a cool guy hehe. And may drop a comment from time to time
I myself was comtemplating to quit after only 2 months of returning from a 16 month hiatus because of how bad AE became for F2P and even Light Spenders...
The game is transitioning towards P2W with the predatory moves we're seeing lately (Giving only 1 Allcosmos a month. Subscribers get one more/Removal of 4.5k stones sales pack/SDE not giving pick-up bonus...)
It's gotten so bad that I'm currently playing another gacha game besides Another Eden (Honkai Star Rail) whereas previously I ONLY PLAYED Another Eden.
I really hope WFS doesn't trip especially since Another Eden is a passion project and to see it fall hurts me so bad.
Thanks for continuing to watch. Like you, running dungeons is just a habit and not enjoyable. Without any way to sidegrade all the newer AS/ES due to the starchart debt, I'm forever behind and my roster won't improve. That with the reduced 4.5* rates, requiring SA on pickup banners or needing 3 copies to fill SA gauge, nothing for 4.5*, etc etc it's gotten bad.
Like you said we can't even buy keys since we need the Tsubura's gems to buy retro starcharts. I do enjoy the story and will try to play for that reason, but the gacha aspect of the game is close to dead to me unfortunately.

i hope this going to be a wake up call for them. Gacha game competition is fierce and i doubt AE can keep up with its current system. WOrst come to worst if they decided to call it quits i hope this remains as offline games
I feel your pain, im also a f2p player, and it is really sickening to save up so much and get nothing.. but im also happy to see you finally self destruct your stones, you can finally relax!! What I've been doing is just doing ten pulls as soon as I have one! That way, if a get lucky, i feel great, If i dont get lucky, meh, it was just a ten pull ya know? But hey, dont feel bad because in my eyes, you got your lucky pull already, you have a beautiful and supporting family that has your back and cheers you on, so this game has nothing on you, you already hit the jackpot ❤ hope to see you in the future, and always be happy.
So sorry to see your pulls wil. I too went hiatus for a while only to see the game introducing systems that’s hard for us f2p/light spenders to catch up. What I still find irritating is that they still haven’t added skip button for every story available in the game, which is really time-consuming and draining. Other games have made it skippable and here Idek why WFS find it hard to implement the mechanism. I still love AE but this simple unaddressed qol is what give me the icks to go hiatus again. Aside from that, as others said, WFS really need to add pity for hard pullers. It’s very demoralizing esp for f2p when they have accumulated lots of CS for that certain character only to get the sisters and robots. Anyway, I do realize when I went hiatus for a while then come back to the game again to do pulls, seems like my luck is on spike. Probably you should do that too, while recovering from the sad pulls 😅 goodluck dad. Will always continue to support you from the rear.

I got Xianhua as a 4.5* in my first 1k free stones and then nothing in the following 6k but at least I got her 4.5*.. Probably should have stopped right after.

DAMN THAT'S SUPER SALTY WIL. I felt heartburn watching your video and I'm sorry about it. I guess I'm one of the few who lucked out. 26k stones armed for this pull. 1st 10 pull got me Anabel ES right of the bat in the first Door (Gold). And 6th 10 pull in 8th Gold Door Xianhua came home ! Sparing me 20.5k stones (Man I'm sooo happy right now)

Thanks for the video wil. Sorry about your pulls. Seems you almost got to rage pulling at the end there. Hope your luck turns around soon even without stones. Hard to remember at times that it is just a game, and when its no longer fun, time to take a break.
It's ok, I do know it's a game, it's just that AE has taken a turn for the worse with all the recent changes. If it were just my bad luck, I could probably still accept it. But so many areas are worse, with the rates, the inability to sidegrade fully, and so on.
@@WilMakGamerDad I got my stones exhausted from Melphi and Sazanca. The recent changes just make it not worth it to save anymore (just spend on any stellar awaken banner, but don't really care anymore if I hit). As a response my play time is reduced and I'm primarily looking to just play story and not focus on superbosses anymore. If I happen to still be playing in a few years can just breeze through them then after more powercreep. I did start playing for the story and that's the only thing keeping me.
That was rough. I dont play AE regularly because of this... I just use my CS when a new unit pops up and thats it. F2P cant keep up with this BS...
funny that 2 ad breaks were before a 5 star door lol and the summons run could only get funnier if through all this you got 7 sevyn characters in irony for this anniversary rush summoning lol

Unfortunately I think you’re right, Wil. The gatcha system has always been rough but the SA system has made it so much worse. I’ve really lost all motivation to pull anymore. I still love this game so I’ll continue to play, but the gatcha just won’t be a major part for me anymore.
I feel your pain, I have been counting and it has been 520 summons since I've gotten my last Sr. I spent my last 4,000 on her, and it is genuinely demoralizing
I can understand the frustration because it was me with Sazanca and Elseal pulls. I was so broke couldnt even pull for daisy and tiramisu which I do not have.
Got Xianhua awakened in 2k so it’s like redemption I guess.

That was real tough. I know how it feel, I’ve been there not only in AE but also other gacha where i went broke and got nothing. But oh well, good luck will come back. There will be redemption for sure in other banner.
But yes, the SA system does make this less rewarding and pulling feels really bad now.
Took me about 130 pulls of suffering, but I got Xianhua,; managed to get Anabel ES, new (to me) units Lovely and Kikyo AS along the way 🐈

Man these really weren't good pulls, I wished it could've turned out better. I had 12k going and managed to land 5* Xianhua myself, but no Anabel ES 😬. Really don't like the direction AE is going into, but for now I'm still staying for the story since the battles have never been my strong suit.
Seeing how AE released the Guiding Stars encounter rather than let SDEs have pick-up bonuses, I don't think WFS is gonna make any QoL changes to SA... I just hope this game survives till 10th year at least. The last time AE felt unambiguously good was the Yakumo update. Wish they could return to before SA. With 100 stone daily logins, hopefully that stone stash'll build up again quickly! I'm starting again from 0 stones myself after spending it all on this banner. I hope your luck changes soon Gamerdad!
Yup, it seems the SA system is not going to get better since WFS' revenues are doing well. It's really too bad, I'm never a fan of a dev suddenly changing the rules in such a negative way. Oh well, it's their decision.
I haven't played this game in 4 - 5 years....only got as far as chapter 16 in story....I got Xianhua in the very first ten pull!! 😂 SHE IS BUSTED!! Ive just been cheesing thru content spamming her Null & Node attacks!! Safe to say...IM BACK

Yeah, I feel the same, I only got 4.5 on Kuchinawa, Sazanca and Oboro. After these few banners, I am actually feeling a lil more positive about the SA system. it takes us 3 months to get 3 all cosmos star charts. And we get 1 if it comes off the banner with some luck... But if I think about it. 4.5 to AS or ES farm, usually take around 3-5 months for me in the past. Assuming I have the chant scripts. What I am trying to say is...the time it takes to get a 4.5 to full SA (their max potential) is around the same. I guess I'll upgrade them slowly overtime. The main difference is. We can't save that much anymore. We have to go all in on banners that are good.
Try to encourage you by looking at the bright side and timing of upgrading a unit. I still don't have RCF, Eva or Nekoko AS yet. I hope they make it easier overtime when there are more SA units. Hang in there, gamer dad.
I purchased star chars for my 4.5 Tiramisu, because of the QoL it gives, thinking about buying it for Suzette or Tsukiha, but I have beaten Tsukiha's True manifest yet...
Thanks for the kind words. Keep in mind, as more units are released we will be forever behind on upgrading units. I think that’s what is most disappointing to me about the SA system. The rate of brand new units have also increased to stimulate spending as well. But at the end of the day it’s just a game.
@@WilMakGamerDad Yeah I agree, even without the SA system, I had been very behind with my luck...haha... But I think your suggestions still stand, it's very amazing. Need to be extra selective on which units to upgrade. Anything else comes as a bonus. I really wish I have Radias AS too, it makes a lot of fights so much harder, my only tank had been Prai. I hope both of us get some redemption before this 7th anni banner goes away.
This was my pull during the new year on the Alma banner, 13x10 pulls with no meta or even Alma. I can feel the pain. It only recovers 2-3 months later and I got a bunch of SA with 10x pulls each

Sorry Wil, this was a hard summoning session to have. I get the fustration too, especially after all the time (and in-game effort) saving. I try to save a lot and only summon on characters I really want after watching your should you summon videos. But it just hurt that this can also happen. Although this was before the SA system, I spent 20k stones for a Necoco (back on her first banner), I felt horrible afterwards questioning the odds. Hope you have only good things happen to you to make up for this

(Long rant incoming)
To see someone and their family to enjoy a game, to have a mutual connection. It hurts my soul to know that the SA system is being brutal like this.
As for my experience, I skipped a good majority of the recent banners (except for Ceries/Sazanca/Xianhua being the major ones).
Ceries: I went 10k deep minimum into his banner and it was demoralizing. Ended grabbing him from SDE, and using the few starcharts I had hoarded.
Sanzaca: Just like Ceries, I went all in even down to a fateful for her and still nothing. That affected my mental state for a bit and went on hiatus until Wryz Saga ended.
Xianhua: After completing Wryz Saga, I didn’t had the motivation to even bother spending my keys to farm when a majority of the newer styles (Alma AS, Thilly ES, Anabel ES) + new generation alters (Akane + Ciel alter later) needed SA to even remotely function. They can still function, it’s just they are only 75% of the way there.
Then Xianhua dropped and I finally beaten the odds and ended up snagging her at 5* SA in 3k, way better than the last 2.
During the time I was on hiatus away from AE, I have been sinking my time on Octopath Traveler Champions of the Continent (JP server). And let me tell this that I enjoyed their equivalent of AE’s SA system way better.
To put in AE terms, the overclass system basically is what I would like AE to make use out of.
It uses the upgrade class system to promote units to 6*, akin to how well AE’s system works by having a universal mat that is used for upgrading. To put it simply:
500 of that universal materials
3 tomes/treatises/codices/opus
And the standard murmurs ,prayers, and chants.
It’s more forgiving than say 3 starcharts per 3 months to get a 4.5* to 5* SA and it doesn’t punish people who just wanna farm ADs since older units need starcharts which means less key farming.
Now the gacha aspect of the SA system is so much punishment, that I feel 7 years into the lifespan of AE it deserves some sort of pity or spark system, a failsafe in which everyone regardless of whether f2p or the biggest of whales can easily enjoy.
I am at the edge to where I love this game’s story to keep on going but the system that it has built for the gacha makes me feel that yeah, I can watch playthroughs of the content at this point and still be satisfied. Hopefully maybe the submissions of the survey can sway the devs to make better decisions, because at this point we are losing so many major cruxes of the playerbase both from the Global and JP sides.

My luck has been awful all year for this game. Shafted on every banner since wenefica. I hope you do better than me.
I know the feel Gamerdad. I too kinda gave up trying to save stones or conserve for whatever, and just pull to pull...Since the SA system, I got SA Cerius in about 2k pulls... got a 4.5 Oboro which really doesn't mean much...I missed on Wenefica completely and haven't pulled or really played the game much since. There's still plenty of stones for me to get by playing the game but it's just whatever for me. That said, I did decide to use what few stones I had on this banner 3K stones got me 4.5 Xianhua, which is better than nothing, and a AS Yipha.
But yeah I've mostly been playing other...more forgiving gacha's and other games in general and enjoying myself more, I have been using the sprinkles of salt and watching the login ad and that's pretty much it lol. Good luck to everyone pulling, hopefully you guys get the SA units!

That was really rough. Against my better judgment, I did 1 10 pull for Xianhua and the best I could do is a 4* Denny. I immediately noped out of the banner. Since AE refuses to implement a pity system, what I proposed in the user survey was something similar to another gacha game I play, Fire Emblem Heroes. FEH had it to where every time you pulled an off banner 5*, a blue light lights up during your summon session. After pulling 3 off banner 5*, the next 5* you pull is a guaranteed focus unit pull. So with that system, instead of getting 5* Eva, you would've gotten either a guaranteed 5* SA Xianhua or 5* SA ES Anabel. You wouldn't have to touch your CS stash and kept some dignity intact.
Same. All in on 11k and not a single gold door even.
I just got both of them stellar awaken in the first 1k pull lol. My luck is insane.

regular star dream i packed Sazanca, oh turns out the stellar star dream doesn't let you pick after you get the drop it is random and i got ewella's oberon style (wish i know that before summoning saz oh well) welp before i start the new event got lots of exp grinding to do for story influences and side quests XD

I feel so sorry for those pull, they take me back to my Yakumo / Iphi sessions that depleted all my stones... twice. There's a growing problem with probabilities in this game: there are so many characters that those 0.01 % for each sum a lot more than the rate up character(s), so the least probable scenario if you hit a 5* is getting the rate up character, maths suck but that's how they work. Anyway, if devs have a 10 year plan there's enough time to earn stones and have luck in future banners!
Ok from what I seen of es Anabel it seems her skills differ based on whether you have 3+ light and shadow allies in front line which respectfully grants ironically guiding light and luring shadow which affects her skills and her stellar ability and burst can help with her ex skill along side one of her newest learned skills also helps having miglace palace allies in party the new mage works better with mages in party (kms too)with buffs and debuffs happen on both sides along with awaken zone especially the stellar ability tesseract

I had amazing luck lately but still... With this new pull mechanic I'm actually playing less because It gets depressing how it's not just Chant Scripts now, it's also 3 starcharts and then light and shadow 80 requirements. 😮 I think this is too much for me now.
The L/S requirements aren't even the worst, at least there's a small supply through cat rooms in the PCD, and with each new episode/story. The starcharts on the other hand, have only the 1 per month. There is no way to overcome that deficit without spending.
Spent 10k and I got 1 Ewella AS and a bunch of 4 * Chars
first multi, first door was bronze...sa xianhua shows up...i was skipping the door....darn
3rd multi got 4,5 xianhua
5k gone no es anabel...
while i can't wait for your videos on the new event i can say for the time being that anna es's quest was a bit epic and xianhua's quest can only go up to quest 2 full of mysterious intrigue before reaching cliffhanger requiring me to go through the event to get quest 3 up
With the free banners, maybe you should change it up ajd start with a single encounter then do some full x 10 pulls.
And end ot with another single pull, who knows matbe by chance you'll get the featured on a single.
Perhaps. I've always pulled 10 pulls for the guaranteed 4* and slight uprate in 5*.

Here I've exhausted all my luck for the years to come.... Best ten-pull in years of game, I found 3 five-star characters, the two from the banner and Veina whom I already had... I still don't believe it...I'm sorry for the bad luck (30min of pulling is not a good sign) that's what happend in my last massive pull (for Sesta and previously Yakumo) so I know the pain, but there is still a possibility farming stones of the event....keep up the morale!

Oh wow, i got xianhua SA in two ten pulls. This is my best luck since i dont know when. I got 4. 5 star version during wenefica and melphipia banner. No luck in any other arcadia banner. Not even 4.5 star

May I ask if SA Anabel is any good? I started the game maybe 2 months ago and have been saving my stones.
She’s a pretty good hybrid tank/fire pierce DPS. Of the two featured units, I would say Xianhua is the prize but Anabel is certainly good!
It almost feels ok to get 1 starchart about every month, seeing how the only SA I managed to pull off banner was Wenefica ever since Awakening became a thing
The game is tricking you to believe that ha ha. Without the sidegrade system (and that is gated by starcharts of course) there is little/no progress that f2p players can do.

First multi on the free banner was Ewella ( elven Lancer ) on the 10th slot
So now I have her and her SA
Haven't got the right parry members to make use of her.
As half the time I'm just the person that decides team based on who they want.
Not really a hard core end game content guy, just a casual.

However I was wondering who to use my SDE on, Elseal or Velette? I kind of feel like Elseal, but wasn't sure.
I would choose Velette! Gunce is a great sidekick and she is the premier thunder zone setter with support and the Amped zone.

That many stones with no form of any featured characters is crazy to me but I’ve also pulled all 3 fatefuls as some others have at times with no featured character. Feels bad and no wonder there’s an uptick in the WF$/$A system memes
Sorry to hear wil, i got 4 5 star with 4k (all my saving without from achievement) but all of them dupe. I really consider quitting this game because of SA system. The reason i play this game for the first time because the chance for f2p to get all characters with grinding even if we only have one form of unit. Now with this system, almost all unit become crippled if we didn't got them from their banner no matter what you do. The SA system for older unit made me more depressed because longer time to sidegrade the new unit but cripple. In my 4 years playing before sa system, i got atleast 12-13 full pcad and 3-4 bard in dungeon each year because i play all keys from nopaew. With this sa system, i only get 1 full pcad and 0 bard in the span of 4 months.
I don't really like story so much anymore because the grinding aspect made me in auto mode whenever i play this game except for when i fight difficult boss. The lag on my phone is another reason why i don't like the story, it's ruins my immersion. The latest story of wryz saga also imo a bit rush. But my habit to login daily at the same time for days still haunts me. When it's that time, i press it out of habit and play all of my keys.
I will still visited your video and other content creator ae because deep down i still love this game and the one playing it.
I'm new in this game. Just join when this event drop. Use 30 pull for this and already get anabel 5 star and xianhua 4 star. 😅 I felt kina bad but use anabel for clear dungeon and boss felt kina easy. She so strong with the 3 shield bonus when 3 unigan on the field. Maybe i have beginning luck.

Final summon for the special SA star dream first 2 are 4 stars including alma, and got 2 other 4 stars which is better general luck for me out of the summons tonight
I had 3 or 4 pulls and got 2x Anabell Stellar Awakened and 1x Meliphelphia ***** (or whatever the name is). Guess I got kind of lucky on this one.

The game should definitely revamp the gacha system. Other games adds eidelons/constellation to squeeze the revenue for those who are whales or are willing to spend, but other games also think about f2p by the pity .
I saved up from 2-3 months in HSR for acheron and i got her but that isn't the case in AE,it just comes down to RNG and it's a real hammer to those who save for a long time to get f&&ed by RNG.And that results in mostly quitting AE .

Which Miyu? AS is decent as a support though she’s an older unit, but ES is a great unit and still part of a powerful thunder team since she has barrier pierce!

Spend 4k for Xinhua and got nothing, I failed to get Kuchinawa bc pity system were terrible, especially the whisper of time daily pulls, but hopefully i will get a new unit that i dont own on the whisper of time will fixed that :')

Depends on your needs. ES Anabel seems more interesting but Oboro would fit nicely in a thunder team

About 15 minutes in you were asking about people having prolonged periods of bad luck... I've been relatively/comparatively lucky for the past year or two. Got several 4.5* and 5* adding many characters I'd missed over the years, getting a few characters like Sesta, Yakumo, and Iphi to help me clear hard content, and a couple of SA characters recently.
And my first couple of months in the game were pretty lucky with pulls I guess. But man I literally had a 2-3 year spell of terrible luck... Getting *many* 9+1 (not a few bots, 4*, and a 4.5, I mean literally 8 or 9 bots and a 4* like Zilva or something as my 10th).
It was brutal for several years.
I spent a year's worth of stones on Melissa and got no golden doors, only a couple of 4.5.
Did the same with Eva and did a little better, barely.
Sorry your luck has been rough when we need it now more than ever. This system man... 😔
I was actually thinking to myself, wow 2 golden doors in 2 ten pulls... That's pretty good. But that's by yesterday's metrics. Getting two 5* that aren't filling awakening gauges almost feels like a waste, although if you're getting a character to 80 light/shadow I guess that's something.
Threw my meager stones at the banner... No golden doors, no banner characters, only +4 to Ciel.
After seeing many other's pulls, and knowing 5k wasn't much to spend on it, I wasn't expecting too much.
Guess there's always the incoming daily bonuses for a try down the road. 🤷

anabel es is giving me deja vu in the attempt to summon thielle es (which i was sucessful in 4 moke 10 summon tries (that joke i made referencing it was funny) lol 1:36 after first intiial non notable star dream summon to warm up gacha early 5 star ponit boost is still good in a way lol luckier than me 3:52 again your summons starting luckier than me for 2nd summon then i did get a 5 star door then uhhhhhhhhh hate to break it to you ... i got Xianhua SA'd sorry for the f bomb's you'll drop TT then a 2nd 5 star door which is HAHAHAHAHAHHAH i got anabel ES too i can stop extra summons to save my gems What a glorious run ending sorry i sapped your luck away there XD

I completely agree with your criticisms and also used my voice in the survey to let them know my frustrations and concerns about the current direction and trends as well as suggesting several ways to satisfy me and I would assume other players as well.
This is my response in the survey about any things I would like to see being implemented (sorry for this incoming novel, but I really wanted to get these things off my chest):
Most important would be a pity system of some kind. It is incredibly frustrating to spend not just very hard earned stones but also large amounts of real money to get the latest characters and enhance them as much as possible, only to walk away empty-handed almost every single time! I do like the system that if I have any form of the unit it is theoretically possible through grinding to optain any alternative forms, however it is my firm belief, that there should be a way to ensure obtaining a new character (especially when I am ready to spend significant amounts of real money to do that)! It is simply inexcusable to release several new characters back to back and force anyone who would like to get them to spend hundreds of dollars only to just walk away with not a single one for them to show for it!
Especially with the Stellar Awakening System, these issues become even more apparent since there is an additional layer of enhancement through limited resources, which keeps players from enjoying their favorite characters to their fullest potential!
I want to see things like the following being implemented (in descending order of personal importance): a way to guaranteed obtain new characters from a certain number of summons/stones/money spent, additional ways (ideally free-to-play, but also potentially paid) to earn starcharts and if possible even books to upgrade characters (treatises/opuses/codexes) maybe through story/riddles or battle/exploration content or even paid subscription bonuses, in-game recommendations for team compositions, movesets, weapons/armor, grasta, etc., more personalisation of characters and their equipment (potentially different outfits, modes that influence gameplay, etc.), more tutorials for recommended Progression like a superboss-checklist that also shows their location, pre-requisites, potential rewards and maybe even strengths/weaknesses or a recommendation for useful allies, additional ways to farm light/shadow points for non-story related characters (especially if they have a stellar awakening), ways to level up characters and manifest weapons more quickly and easily (maybe even passively).
Should the direction of this game not change substantially towards these suggested improvements or any similar approaches towards respecting the player’s time (and potentially money) spent, I see no other possible course of action other than to abandon this game for good, since I don’t feel like continuing to invest time and money into something that doesn’t return and meaningful progress or satisfaction to me.
I would be grateful for any improvements or (any of my or my fellow players) suggestions being implemented, but I want to once again emphasise that without a reasonable pity system I do not see any way to sustainably keep playing this game, which I would be very saddened by.
I'm glad you voiced your concerns in the survey. I haven't filled mine out yet, though honestly I'm not sure WFS is planning on making any changes. Their monthly financial numbers look as strong if not better since the SA system was implemented.
I guess I may have been spoiled with the original way they designed the gacha system. If they had just started the game with this system, I'm not sure I would have started playing the game. I hate being completed gated from progressing in the game other than spending. Before, sidegrading was a valid way to proceed, but now we all know the starcharts are holding the players back.

Hello anybody having problem update for the game it's just slow downloading and as me to reacquire data after that it massive waiting again anybody can help?
I vaguely remember an in-game notice earlier this week mentioned an additional 1GB to download for the update, my phone internet has decent speed, but too over 40 min to get to the "continue" on the title screen
It's a large update but no, I didn't have any problems.

So sorry for your pulls. We do need some kind of pity system or step-ups of some sort, I know there's no pvp and you can do content even with 4* but still, there has to be an easy/better way of obtaining our favourite characters. ಠ_ಠ
