Sir yr videos are sooooooooo helpful for understanding each n every topic without confusing them..really so helpful plz make more n more videos on microbiology topics..
hello sir! thank you for viseo. i have a quick question ,am a little lost around 5:42 min,if they ID as foreign, will not engage in the activation process and if they recognize them self material-will never activate immnure system,if immune system is not activated agaisnt self why is it a BAD thing and how does that Relate to autoimmune, thought for auto immune to occur the immune system has to be overly reactive to self?? this concept of positive and negative selection keeps confusing me every time i think i undertand it
Sir thank you very much for this lecture..I have a confusion..Actually that is a receptor on macrophage not MHC on which you have shown antigen..MHC checks whether antigen is attached correctly or not and also is a sensor for CD4 molecules..
Thanks alot so helpful but i would like to understand biochemical pathways of t cell activation ... i know it could be easy if you give lecture about it
Sir.... A doubt. The book sembulingam says that the macrophage releases interleukin 1 and not 12.... In fact helper t cells don't release interleukin 1 as u said.... So pls clear it, which one to go with.
When pathogen entered into the body, the macrophages, engulf it and represents the fragment part outside. If this same process will be done by dendritic cells? I mean T-cell becomes activated by the presentation of antigen by the macrophage. A dendritic cell is also an APC cell. So is it possible to continue the whole process by the dendritic cell? The same signalling molecule act on it?

Thanks for nice lecture.
One question is that, which event take place first ; T cell maturation in the thymus or T cell activation ?
Those who dislike the video they are haters and don't want knowledge .I want to say that for making a video much more hardwork is required .🤔🤔🤔😇😇😇

Both acn do. Dendritic cell Co tacts the adaptive immunity
@@shomusbiologyofficial Sorry sir i am not understand the answer properly. Can you plz elaborate it?
i have a question please does it goes the same if it is B cell instead of macrophage? , does B cell have also B7 ???
