The Police could have given him that info. There were multiple calls to the Police about an abandoned car. They knew exactly where the car was. If Jae recants it points the finger at Jae they put Jae in a position of guilt. He had his car and phone. I'm sure he probably sold drugs using his vehicle and threatened him with drug charges to make up a story. Not to mention that Haes family is hell bent on convicting Adnan. How do we know this wasn't an honor killing. Hae was not allowed to date? They need to look at the family or family members. Clearly the way she died DNA of the murderer would have been found. You can't sit here and believe that Adnan and Jae were capable of unaliving someone with NO TRACE OF DNA. They were 17 yr old kids whose lives got messed up because of their skin color. The thing about Pakistani ppl is they use their time wisely wether in jail or out. He did the right thing by educating himself it was him and him alone who got himself released. Yall cant see. The family met with Aisha. She had a crush on Adnan. Do you know what i would do for my highschool crush? Anything and Marry him.. Aisha was coached. Jay was a pawn thats why he got no time. His part was a farce made up by detectives to secure a conviction. However, sadly I believe Adnan and Bilal did this and Bilal organized it. Adnan was an emotional teen being led by Bilal. He has served time and grown into a different good man. Leave Adnan and his family in peace they paid for Bilals crimes. Let Adnan live normal now and if he is due any punishment well only God controls this. Good luck Adnan. Wish you a good rest of life

      Adnan still refuses to admit what he has clearly done.
      He is now choosing to use his freedom to attack anyone who plays a role in this case and will no doubt pursue a compensation claim. Even though he clearly murdered that poor girl.
      He should be returned to prison and at the very least face another trial where all this Rabia rubbish can be put to bed.

      WHY AREN’T YOU HAVING AN INTERVIEW WITH JAY!

  • @psk8900
    @psk8900 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    What a tragedy this is - I feel for the Lee family as I do for Adnan‘s. Due to xenophobic and poor investigation and prosecution the Lee family may never find out the truth. What is clear is the prosecutorial misconduct in this case. As such the decision to free Adnan was right. Whether he is guilty is another story - many pieces of evidence can be viewed in multiple ways and don’t offer a clear image however the circumstantial evidence against Adnan as well as the credibility of Jay is beyond thin. The evidence provides possibilities but not more and for every piece of so called evidence there is evidence that renders it untrue. The celltower evidence was unreliable cantering on incoming calls, Jay being threatened with multiple convictions trades in a statement that suits the narrative. A teenager that on any given day cannot remember his exact moves with exact time stamps is not odd nor one who suddenly does thereafter once he’s been accused of murder and now remembers the details of the case against him. A teenager who lends his car and phone to someone is considered an impossibility. Adnan is described as controlling and jealous and yet Hae expresses no ill feelings towards him and both are dating new people. A man who wants to hold a press conference after spending 20 years in prison doing nothing but analyse the facts of his case and having been spoken for by others, does not strike me as weird. A palm and fingerprint has been used to prove him guilty before now DNA rules him out but is not deemed proof. A witness signed an affidavit that she had seen him without any incentive or need to do so and again she is questioned. Is it possible he’s guilty? Yes. Is it possible he’s innocent? Yes. I think people need to be careful to jump to conclusions and pass judgement. Had there been a proper investigation, maybe we would know more.

    Anyone that's actually followed this case and listened to everything he is presenting would know he's innocent. It's a shame that he was wrongfully convicted and years stolen from him and his family. There was so much misconduct by the state and failure by law enforcement to actively pursue anyone else. Hae's killer remains at large. I'm glad he was finally released, but nothing can compensate for this injustice 😠
