In order of best to worst quality, I rank them: Evolve2 40, Evolve 75, Evolve2 85, Evolve2 85, and Engage 65. But the Evolve 40 is wired so the test isn't really fair. To me, there's a big difference between the Evolve85 being better than the Evolve2 65 and the Evolve 75 just slightly louder / more clear than the others.
Jabra Evolve 75 is the clear winner I think - been using it for over a year and it's excellent. Really looking forward to the Jabra Evolve2 75! Hoping for USB-C, faster charging & better battery life while maintaining the audio quality of its predecessor.
I ordered the evolve2 85 today. I’m excited to see what the call quality will be. I work from home, but am on the phone for hours a day between teams calls and phone conversations with customers, etc. I have a pair of NC700s and also the apple air pod max, but neither of them are great at blocking out noise like coffee grinders, my vitamix, or background noise at Starbucks (the NC700s are better than the APM, but still not perfect). I’m optimistic that these can allow me to multitask (cook and clean) while on work calls :)
Hi Ronnie, we’re hoping the Evolve2 85 works great for you. It will work as good as possible of any headset made today. That may change in 2025 though, you never know 😁
Great review and very useful comparison overview. Was amazed by the effectiveness of the noise cancellation in the microphone. Brilliantly demonstrated!
Jabra Evolve2 30 MS - how to move the arm mouthpiece? When I touch it closer to my mouth I can hear myself in my headphones which is what I want but it doesn't work unless hold and touch the arm mouthpiece. You helped me greatly via chat the other day. Thank you!!
Hi Alyssa, if you have the dual speaker Evolve2 30, you'll want to download Jabra Direct and adjust the feature called sidetone to the level best for you www.jabra.com/software-and-services/jabra-direct
Please advice about the Jabra Engage 40, the noise canceling feature is not working & when I recorded my voice with the headset mic, I can hear the noise in the surrounding
Does the Jabra Evolve2 65's mic quality improve when plugging it into a computer with the usb-c cable? If so, is it similar to the quality of the Evolve2 40?
@@antonk6600 Thanks for chiming in here with your thoughts, Anton! That helps because when I (Drew) tested it plugged in I personally didn't notice a difference, but I'm far from an audiophile.

I bought Jabra Evolve2 85's based on your review! I just setup a set of Evolve2 85's and I thought my laptop had more usb C connections. It has only one, which I'm using with an adapter to run a monitor, and the other is dedicated to charging the laptop. So, I kept the plug in for monitor, and am running off battery for the moment, and all is working great... My question, that I can't seem to find an answer to, is this... Can I use a USB c to USB 3.0 adapter, and plug my usb C dongle into the adapter then into a regular USB port? I don't want to send back entire unit, but amazon has a number of these adapters, which seem to be targeted at charging. I don't know if this will impact function or performance of my 85's! thanks in advance if you have any insight to share!!!
Do not buy Jabra! Their 2 headsets literally fell apart after 5 years. The insulation of the cables crumbled. Infuriated I contacted the company. They said, "5 years is life of the device." I take care of my electronics and after 30 years of electronics ownership the Jabra were the ONLY devices to do that.
Haha any idea where we can find a baby, Angelina? 🤣 all jokes aside, any headset we’d recommend if you have a baby in your arms and they’re making noise, being that close to the mic most likely that noise is going to be picked up unfortunately.
I’m really looking forward to the Evolve 2 75 that was just announced!
Stay tuned Neil. We should have that video up tomorrow! We're pressing the editors to get it done.

Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts, Wiggins. The Evolve2 75 video is dropping very, very soon.
Very clear to me that the Evolve 75 is the one that less reduces the voice quality while performing the noise canceling. Really surprised to see that.
Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts, Rafael. Let us know if you have any other video suggestions in the future.

Hi David, thanks for sharing your thoughts. The Evolve 75 has been a work horse for many years. The Evolve2 75 will have all of what you mentioned :D
Wonderful review. Thanks to it, I've decided to go with Evolve2 40. Do not need wireless functionality in my tiny office :) Thank you!
We're a big fan of the Evolve2 40, great choice! Thanks for watching.

Just wait until the Jabra Evolve2 75 comes out. It's going to destroy all these headsets in my opinion.
Davids recording the video as we speak!
OmG sooo helpful! Thank you very much
Glad this was helpful! Thanks for watching
Do you ship the giveaway headsets only within the US or globally? Thanks for this great comparison video.
Yes, we ship the free giveaways to winners globally.
How about people noise? When we have an online meeting in the crowded offeeshop, or walking on the way to office?

Glad you enjoyed it! Which model would you choose?
@@HeadsetAdvisor based on the test you've shown if I could afford it I'd pick the Jabra Evolve2 85. My 2nd choice would be the Jabra 75.
Can you hear your own voice in this set?
Hi Andrew, yes all these models have sidetone beside the Engage series

Hi Collin, from our testing, we didn't notice much of a difference between plugging in with a cord or using it wireless.
In my experience, on Evolve 75 the mic quality does improve a bit when attached via cable. So the same should be the case for 65

Hi Keith, we’re happy to hear you purchased these because of this video 😁 yes you can use a USB converting adapter and it won’t effect performance.
