Unfortunately, I didn’t buy anything at this swapmeet. I placed several factors before arriving so I don’t go crazy and refill my yard with more trees. Tool wise im shopping for used tools as I’m playing around with shaping
I've never sold at this event in part because it's hard to get out there all day on a Saturday, especially with an hour drive each way, but also because I do not have a strong sense of how to value and price my trees, so I'd probably start the day by quickly selling out of a bunch of badly underpriced stuff, then sitting around all day selling none of my overpriced stuff.
$800 was my limit for that tree based on my current skill level. That was to factor in a display pot, healing those big scars and developing a sizable new apex.
TOM, I NEED THE NAMES OF THE SELLERS WITH OLIVE MATERIAL. Ok I'll stop yelling, please Tom. I'm a huge fan and early subscriber.. please help me find olive sellersssss🙏🤝
@@gregoryh4601 depends on how far developed material. For pines finished trees are bang for your buck. For developing material deciduous is the way to go

Laugh, it’s not about selling. It’s the sense of community. I’ll be in the same boat
$1200 for that maple was a really good deal. Could probably even negotiated

If I didn’t have couple of my other maples yes 1200 for a tree that size is indeed worth the cost
