Hello, I am doing rs485 communication project between md02 with modbus poll software. Sorry, I failed to transmit the information, I have checked the correct hardware. I suspect that someone changed the address of md02. That's why I ask your permission to ask how to do it and is there any way to reset md02? Thank you, looking forward to your feedback.
That is a good question. There is no direct way to reset this device. I would use PuTTY to communicate with the unit and verify the settings. You may have to change the communication parameters for communications to happen. I hope this helps you out. Regards, Garry
Nice video Sir, can you explain how should i connect this with raspberry pi 5 and silicon labs rs485 to ttl converter module- i mean pin diagram , i am using minimalmodbus bus library but no luck. thank you in advance
Nice video! I"m just wondering, did you ever got the calibration to work? I was not able to adjust the value trough Putty, but I was able to do it trough Modbus. But it changes nothing in the readout.
Thank you for the comment. I was unable to get the calibration to work correctly. However this can easily be calibrated when reading the values into a controller. Regards, Garry
Hi @karvanjeetsingh3565, There are multiple ways to connect to a servo motor system from the control. (PLC) This would depend on the servo system that you are using. - Discrete IO - Analog IO - Communication - Modbus RTU / TCP, Ethernet IO, etc. This site is more on the control side than the motion side of Industrial Automation. @@ACCautomation actually I am using discrete I/o , where I attaching positive of rc servo to positive of power supply and negative to negative In click plc i am using pulse modulation setup for output y001 on I/o module (using as sourcing) then I connect output(y001) to solid state relay and other end to v0 on output side of solid state relay I connected signal wire from rc servo motor and a 5 V as well on output side of Solid state relay I am not getting any movement in motor. Can you suggest any issue with wiring or other possibility , it will be a big help as I am stuck on this from last 2 weeks Thanks

Hey can please make a vedio on how to control servo motor with click plc and how to control it
Hi @karvanjeetsingh3565,
