- BeBe & CeCe Winans sing their new single entitled, "Close To You" that is soon to be released from their new album. They also talk about the Reunion Tour and their dear friend Whitney Houston.
When I was younger, I thought they were married. I had no idea they were brother and sister. But, that’s why they sing so good together, because they are brother and sister. We started out singing Gospel music, we even had a Gospel group, and people would hear me sing with my younger brother and they would say, they harmonize so good. This person was and is a dear friend and we were rehearsing in his garage studio. He sounded like DON HENLEY THE DRUMMER FO THE EAGLES. It was his wife that had not heard us sing together unless our whole group was singing and an event . He was in the house and we just started singing a song my brother and I liked, and she said that we sounded so good and harmonized so well and he just , their brothers. And through my life I realized that, yes we were good at that age , but as I got older I realized we might not been all that good. But we believed in THE LORD AND WE BELIEVED HE CREATED EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY. We still believe that and our lives changed when we graduated high school. I went to college, the others started working and, our little group disbanded. But we both love the Lord , and we both send each other songs we come across and we both love BE BE AND CE CE WYNANS. They are both blessed with voices that raise up the POWER, LOVE AND HE IS THE PATH TO ETERNAL LIFE . 🙏

This does not have too a gospel song. It is just a good song. A song that depicts love in a very positive way. Not sexual. Just pure genuine love. We need that these days. They should play this in church for all couples so they can remember why they love each other.

Completely agree! I don't know any singer that gets stronger and stronger over time. They either stay strong or decline. CeCe is the only one that comes to mind that keeps getting better and better.
