Been researching this for a while and you are the first one I find that really gos in to depth as far as like installing the kit thank man subbed to your Channel I got a 2001 Chevy 3500 2wd welding rig I been wanting to do this to.
sick man i wanna do a dually next. my truck is drivable now, not done but almost there and i have still been recording just about everything. i just hate editing lol
Ok now, you make this so easy to do that I already want to start ordering parts.... But tell me one thing, is there a way this system can be done with a 2001 express van 3500 front frame?
It's interesting to see someone doing this with the same parts as I am using. Most the SAS stuff is from Off-road Design and some stuff from WFO. Sad to say I have been working on mine for 6 months now. Got the frame painted with 7 coats. Currently rebuilding the 79 Dana 60 high pinion kingpin. Just broke a kingpin in half. Took an hour to get the rest of it out. Looking forward to how yours will drive and handle.
Hey man, i havent gotten around to editing the rest of this ive been so busy, but my instagram page @4_wheel_innovations has a ton of pictures on this build and details. And i even did another 2003 duramax thats on there too.
Sorry for the late response man, i wanted to keep it as low as possible, but now thats its pretty much done i can say i have about 5” of lift from the swap, plus the bigger tire which is now a 37”. Look up @4_wheel_innovations on IG it has the whole build and more on another truck
Im sorry yes its @4_wheel_innovations now. I have these videos recorded but ive been so damn busy i havent edited them and uploaded im sorry. But theres tons of details on my page ^^

I don't mind 20 min of footage even in parts😂😂😂
For future reference, always leave the spring eye and shackle eye bolts loose until you set the truck on them. Then tighten them.

Couple questions, what thickness are the frame plates covering all the ifs stuff? And what length leaf springs did you use in the front?
Cant wait for part 4, I'm wanting to do this to my truck I just wanna know how it turns out before I do it
What thickness is the metal they use for the brackets? 3/16, 1/4? Looks like some beefy brackets.
I believe 1/4 inch plate.
When is part 4 coming
Holes like that if you do silicone both sides of each bolt then it should give you a pretty good seal hopefully prevent more rust
Those brackets are Burly as FUCK!
Yea man ORD doesnt mess around
Please tell me you have part 4 lol. I have the kit just waiting to see more before I pull the trigger

Do you have a complete parts list start to finish? Looking at doing mine in the next few months
Whats in The description of my most recent video is pretty much everything. I may make another dedicated video though.
This is exactly the video i was looking around for, looking forward to seeing the finished product. How much lift are you targeting?
