The equivalent of running your king in aoe to someone else so the person killing you doesn't get it and they run it your calv flanking
Medusas are a really functional hybrid unit now. Their ranged makes them a constant priority threat, but they can still fight credibly (vs large) if forced into melee. And they obviously lack the range distance of Bone Giants or Soul Grinders of Nurgle/Tzeentch, so they're always appropriately within reach for their amount of firepower.
Counts could do with a fat Champions of Chaos-esque DLC focusing on the bloodlines. Their age really shows. On top of that ethereals could do with a rework. A weak link in Sabutai's build, especially the hexes.
I agree the hexwraith units always seem to underperform.

3) Carries subpar roster

Hellebron and some Von Carstein dragon riding vampyre are just two edgelords trying to "out-darkness" each other, and the little guy pays the price!
Love this map, the forest of giant cacti is such a good touch
No wright kings or grave guard was the biggest problem, Catholic had free rein to dominate in the infantry side of things since the dragon was to busy Lord sniping and not using breath attacks.

What you not sea in the value by crone is the buffs she gives other units both dps + the 5%resist. I love Hellebron plz C.A. buff the Hellebron at the time she came out she was awesome plz i want that again.

Vampire Counts. There's a chance you get paired up with a sexy goth vamp chick who's looking for a plaything or consort. The flipside is of course torturous blood draining, death, and being raised into undeath as a zombie, or being food for the beasts. But that's basically all you could look forward to from the Dark Elves. At least there's a chance with the Vampires.

Vampire counts without any doubt. Worst case scenario you are tortured by a crazy vampire or eaten alive by zombies, but with the dark elves a similar fate is guaranteed, so...

Even in the best case scenario with the Dark Elves you'd have to commit to living life they way they do, which is still an environment under constant threat of (immensely painful) betrayals

Indeed. i'd say it's a very american mistake, but given they are british, I just don't know how they did,'t realise that not all deserts have cacti-looking plants. At least they didn't throw any on nehekeran maps (yet).

An Eastoid American maybe, but out west Where most American game devs are) we have a marvelous mosaic of Desert biomes, with most people knowing that the Saguaro is a staple of only the sonoran.
hellebron can be alright but the drain isnt worth it and the chariot makes her soo easy to kill. Just get her on a horse or a manticore, depending on the matchup, and go for a full duelist build.

I swear Bloodwrack Medusas are a prototype of 40k style warfare with a single entity with a super quick ranged attack and decent melee. Their ranged attack even looks 40k-esque
I wanted the vamps to win but they never do. Also this has become the subutai L channel lately, at least the last 3 I've seen
