NOVA Modelers Model Classic 2024

Although I had a model in the build, this is an attempt to show every model in the classic. My club didn't ask me to do this and I'm doing it on my own to show off the amazing skills of the modelers who entered this Classic and to thank all the volunteers who put on the show. I helped clean up afterwards and I'm sure I missed capturing a few models, but I think I got most. I forgot to bring my motion controller so some of the video is a bit herky-jerky
It's a great club (NOVA), filled with awesome folks...and of course our proximity to Udvar Hazy and the Air and Space Museum in DC doesn't hurt one bit.
After I took all the video's I found out I won best in my category and won one of the D-Day prizes (I think best aircraft). It was a nice topper to the day. Hope to see some of you next year at the 2025 Model Classic or at our monthly club meetings.

Thank you and it is...and although I knew from looking at all the models there, I had a shot, it was still a surprise to win those awards. I have a slight imposter syndrome thing going on. :)
One thing w/contests...they really don't have many 1/32 awards for planes...it's a 1/72, 1/48 deal more than anything else. Now I know if I brought a 1/32 Borders Lanc in reasonable condition it would win just for the sheer size and idiocy of spending that much money on one...but I wish they would add a few sub cats like single engine 1/32, multi-engined, etc. Maybe it's different over the pond but here it's a small-form factor world.
