Maria, I believe it would help a lot if you would add the key moments of the video as you did in your "Retrospectives 101 | How To Prepare A Retro In Miro" video, specially on this one since it's a checklist, as it will be easier to jump in to the section of the video you want to. Great content, as always!
Seriously, you content and channel are SO GOOD. I am starting a new job Monday as their Scrum Master and this has helped. Thank you for this! I'm curious on your opinion on certifications any of them really of what you find or have found helpful and valuable to you. Totally understand certifications are subjective of what they think is the best but would love to hear your take on it. In a form you've written, a video I missed etc. Thanks again for your content :)
Hey Mike, thank you for this comment! I love to hear my content helps :) When it comes to the certifications, my personal fav is scrum.org. I think it makes sense to do at least one, because it helps (not a must) solidify our knowledge. Scrum.org usually has very good professionals - my advice is to find a good professional and do a course with them. It so much depends on the engagement and personality of the person...
A company that hired such a good professional like you must be an awsome employer. It seems to be a pleasure to go through your onboarding. I will be on my second half of the Camino de la Costa towards Santiago de Compostela in September. Are there some job opportunities starting in October? ;)
Hey Markus, thank you so much for your kind words! I work in remote, so no need to be in Spain ;-) Keeping my fingers crossed for your journey to Santiago, hope you'll enjoy it a lot!
Thanks María.. you alway have a topic that I need to overcome.. you rock
I'm so glad! Thanks, Hugo!
great Maria!
