- Hey fish family! As always, I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. it's time yet again for another import order unboxing. This one is the largest one to date! I'm extremely grateful from with how this shipment turn out. It was so large I needed to make two separate videos, a part one and a part two. Absolutely beautiful fish! They really take care to bag, medicate, and box the guppies well. Looking forward to ordering in the future. We had a planned power outage with less than 24 hour notice and it was the coldest day of the year so far. I lost 60% of my guppies and 2 Betta fish due to a 12+ degree sudden temperature drop and no power to filters, heaters bubbles. I think the stress, lack of oxygen and ammonia spike killed them. I was so heartbroken. Once my tanks are re-cycled, I will be ordering multiple breeding trios. Do you have any recommendations on what to do during power outages to protect my fish? I have 8 aquariums. Thanks!

As far as preparing for power outages in the winter I personally keep to Portable buddy heaters that hook up to propane bottles. They are indoor safe and work amazingly.
Also aquarium Co-op sells a chargeable air pump that literally last forever on one charge, and you can charge it in a vehicle. Link below

What is the point of an unboxing if you don't have a clear way to buy them?
I understand the inconvenience. I'm currently revamping my website and plan to have it ready by the time these guys are out of quarantine in two weeks.
