What a great video! The chewie is awesome! Those listings are just the tip of the iceberg and you could make a series all about crazy listings. I feel bad you had your b-wing damaged and went to all the trouble to get a refund. Those Vader cases are not easy to find in my country so hang on to one till I get to the USA for a visit! Thank you!

One of the horrible things i see from sellers is their obviously AI generated descriptions that are both super generic and detailed on the wrong things not related to the actual item for sale.
Yes, this is happening a lot these days. The AI description doesn’t state condition of the items if they are legit or reproductions. It’s lazy on the seller’s end and will result in lots of returns. Good point!

The star wars listings on ebay are insane.....I swear i've seen the same listings for years, I only check ebay every few months mostly for a laugh lol
Yeah, it’s nuts out there and doesn’t seem to be getting better. I cut out a lot of the posts I had because the video got too long. Crazy stuff.

Even if something goes so wrong with the shipping; you doubt whether the hobby of collecting Star Wars toys is still fun. Fortunately, this doesn't happen that often. It was an extraordinary video this time! 👍

Marc, thanks for commenting like usual! Exactly, some sellers are just clueless with their listings. Or crazy altogether. Hopefully my video educates some and sheds lights on issues for buyers so they can beware. Oh….and so we can chuckle a little too.

I know an eBay seller who sold the radio controlled Jawa Sandcrawler in perfect condition for $800.00 a few years ago.
Buyer claimed it was in busted condition and wanted refund.
Not sure of all the details but the seller returned a busted Sandcrawler back, eBay refunded their money, scammer now has a FREE perfect condition Sandcrawler and the seller was out $800.00.
That was a few years ago but I think eBay has gotten better not letting sellers get scammed like that. (Hopefully 🙏🤞)
Yeah this stuff still happens. The good news is I knew eBay’s return policies and didn’t let the seller scam me. Could have been a nightmare!
