See this actually makes sense Pete fighting his inner demons instead of miles
No it still makes sense as miles does help snap Peter out of it and gives him a chance to fight against the symbiote but maybe both scenarios should have happened like it switches after each health bar you knock out.
Should've been Peter fighting against himself for control over the symbiote after almost killing Kraven and succeeding in beating himself to a pulp, but snapping out of it and realizing he was fighting Miles the whole time and nearly killed him. Would've given him a better reason to reject and take off the symbiote for good, especially since his original intention there was to save Miles.
Or maybe also Ben Reilly fighting Pete's inner demons

It's better to have miles fight peter since pete has immense sorrow in the second game due to his aunt's death and ever since tries so hard to not let that happen. He even kept the suit because HE thought he could do better with it, which is straight refusal on what aunt may told about during the flashback scene that he needs to scale back. Having a loved one intervene and bring peter back to his senses is a way to reassure him that he's there for him and that the power that he possess at that time is the reason why may is gone.

Way more fun fighting Peter as Peter hopefully eventually we can recreate the Spectacular Spider-Man mind battle with the Red Suit Vs Black Suit.

Did you know in the captions, it keeps switching from Peter to Spiderman. When it switches to Peter he has a more symbiotic voice to him showing that he is corrupted by the symbiote. And when it switches to Spiderman he is more emotional and knows what is happening and is more honest with how he talks

Unfortunately I can't do that, too many soft locks. Even to by pass the one in the video it took me 2 hours to do it correctly one wrong move you will start it all over again from zero.

What glitc did you do so you could play with Peter in the symbiotic suit in this part of history where they force you to face it with Miles? Not to mention that at this point in history they no longer let you change Spiderman.
