I dont know where you are getting information from . But kollur has more value over mokila . The reason why mokila came into existence was because most of the land in kollur is under govt and it is planning for a tech park in kollur which is why most of the land was not open for sale in kollur . Kollur is definitely better because of its proximity to ORR .
