That yogurt cake concept is the traditional "pound cake." Pound cake has been around for well over 100 years. A pound of butter A pound of eggs A pound of sugar A pound of flour A bit of leavening and flavoring. So making a smaller one using any weight will also work, as the yogurt pot one. Its really fun to see each new generation discovering the magic that makes the world go around through all time. Loving all your Christmas content, Grace. I sure wish I could eat the way you do, Grace ... I'm also a bit of a foodie, but my food "sticks around!" Some of the delicious stuff you try makes me gain pounds just by WATCHING you consume it!!! LOL !!!! I DO love a salmon bowl ... I'm not sure if you've ever purchased sushi-grade ahi and used that .... I found some that's actually frozen, but when it defrosts it's just as good as fresh. I cube it up and toss it - raw - with some mayo/sriracha/soy/sesame oil and add it to a bowl .. I LOVE edamame in my bowls as well.
BTW --- I found some delicious bath bombs (much cheaper than Lush) on Amazon (they come in a dozen) and are a great "everyday" bath bomb ... I save the Lush ones for a pampering bath!!!
the reason to why most of us find baths relaxing is because that taking a bath can activate your parasympathetic nervous system, which is the part of your body responsible for relaxation. As your nervous system adjusts to the warming effect of the water around you, you begin to experience lowered levels of stress. 😌
We had a huge solar flare recently. It's interesting to look up the effects of solar flares and their psychological effect on us and our magnetic field ... ☀️
