Thanks for the tip with the lifting straps. I didn't know how to use them or what they even were. I am just getting started with exercising and ordered the Camo edition ones of the Gymshark website. Sadly they don't seem to carry any resistance bands anymore. I am so scared of them snapping on me, I wouldn't want some generic Amazon brand... Also, just wanted to let you know that you messed up a bit with your links. The last 3 are all for the Tangle Teezer 😉.

Lifting straps are an absolute game changer and as long as you use them right you’re good to go- loads of tutorials on TH-cam and other social media platforms. I haven’t used the Gymshark resistance band for assisted pull ups, however a personal trainer used 3 bands to help me from a brand called Proiron- they were a turquoise colour. I thought it was very sturdy!
