I get that bulge too on any kind of bowl shaped object. I think it's something that the slicer does and I don't think it has anything to do with the printer (I have like 10 and they all do it, I use prusaslicer for everything.) I think the issue pops up when there is too much 'top solid infill', 'solid infill' and regular infill on the same layer and it causes the permiters to bulge out. The only real work around I have found is to make sure that the wall is thick enough so that there is room for the infill to exist without affecting the perimiters. This is all very annoying and I feel like it shouldn't be happening.
The same kind of thing can happen when a wall on a bowl object is thin enough that it is all perimiters and there is a slight mismatch between the perimiter count/widths and the thickness of the actual wall of the model so the slicer ends up making it thicker (or sometimes thinner) than other perimiters of the parts. Arachne helps with this, but it still seems to happen.
It's frustrating when support seems to be throwing things at you without thinking about if their proposed solution could actually fix your problem. Like, if it was your Y belt then that problem would be prominent on your Y axis and not show up uniformly round your part ffs.
Prusa support is great when your problem is one that they are aware of and know how to fix (like they have an article on it or something) or you just need a replacement for a failed part but otherwise chat support isn't exactly conducive to problem solving as much as it is a way to placate customers.
    That was a rant.
Your end result looks great though and I love the color.
