I'm a bit surprised by the plastic packaging. I'm sure they could put the candle in without wrapping it up in plastic, and find a paper or cardboard package for the incense... Just a thought.
That’s all changed recently. They used to wrap the candle in paper, the oil was in bubble wrap & everything else was in bags. Do this is a recent change for some reason. I would refer them to go back to how it was.
