Saint Stephen's Day 2021. Attempt 2 for Waterford. Original plan was direct track, through R16 and , Carlow, West of Mount Leinster to New Ross and then Waterford. Minimum safe altitude enroute would be 2500 amsl. East coast weather was okay and improving. We could have routed Lambay transit or overhead Weston for Killiney NBD then south along the coast.
Eitherway William made a sensible early call and bowed out of the flight to have dinner with his family. I had booked the aircraft so it would be rude for me not to fly, and what a beautiful day it was out east to watch Rhys do some Acrobatics in the Zlin.
