Joye Moon Painting Sky & River #3

Joye Moon, NWS demonstrates how she paints the sky (wet on wet) and San Juan River (dry brush) near Pagosa Springs Colorado. She uses Cerulean blue and Tiziano Red. This is part 3 of a several part landscape workshop she presented to the West Pasco Art Guild in New Port Richey Florida.
