Wrap Text Around A Circle with Adobe Illustrator | Beginner Tutorial

- In today’s beginner tutorial I’ll be demonstrating how to wrap text around a circle with Adobe Illustrator. This method will also allow you to flow your text around any other object or shape that you’d like. To accomplish this we will be using the Type on a Path tool.
To wrap your text around a circle in Illustrator, simply grab the Type on a Path Tool and click on the circle that you’d like the text place around. This will place text around the perimeter of the circle that you can edit to your liking.

For the love, this is exactly what I've always needed! I've been using Illustrator going on 10 years and have always struggled getting flipped text to align correctly and the align to center(!!) is a lifesaver! Thank you for sharing! So easy to follow and will save me much unneeded frustration in the future!
In nearly a decade of watching tutorials on Illustrator, I don't think I have seen anyone delve into the "Type on a Path" options menu under the Type dropdown. I didn't know this existed until today!
quickest, easiest tut. I completely forgot how to do this and I didn't want to sit through 10-20min videos to explain something so simple !

Yeah, I had this problem where the text would always offset the bottom part from the top part if I wanted to the two halfs read from left to right.
