I've been there. A museum employee told me that all the vehicles located on the top floors were originals! Simply mechanical magic. Absolutely fascinating.

Thanks for the wonderful video. I may never be able to visit this museum personally so it is great that you brought it here on TH-cam. I am from India and the Mercedes here signifies something special and aristrocratic. It is also made here. My personal favorites are the Heckflosse and the Adenauer.

Thank you for sharing! Had the pleasure of riding the Silver Star roller coaster ride in Germany a couple years back. While waiting in line, you could read the history of Mercedes/AMG every step of the way. I've been to Stuttgart many times. This MB museum that you have uploaded is def a place I should have visited by now, how dare I??!! Very nice upload, very cool!

@Stefan67 COol man, glad you liked it. I recommend you actually going yourself though - theres a lot more to see that I didnt capture.... and you can sit in the new Benzs outside and even testdrive them! Very interesting place...worth seeing it firsthand.

Great video, I was there last week it’s an experience of a lifetime. There is some truely beautiful cars there. The whole thing is done so well. If you can also do the assembly plant tour at Sindelfingen it was amazing.

They often seem to "conveniently forget" that awkward time period although thats when they made most glorious models. Atleast there is good examples at Sinsheim Technik Museum.

The W140 is my favorite S-Class. The dual pane windows and parking antennas are so opulent. Luxury cars don't have the same presence now compared to the W140.

40RTY 7EVEN No thanks, Mercedes quality sucks the last 2 decades and they keep on building cars with tons of gadgets nobody asked instead of focussing on reliability and comfort. They barely were able to keep quality up when they had only about 5 models, it's totally shit now, imagine if they've had to make all kinds of other shit...
You would break down, wait 5 hours for roadside assistance, waste a lot of money on trying to buy a coke out of a vending machine that only works 1 in 3 times, only to find out it is warm and you get a tiny can for your money and die of poisoning.

Does anybody know where the C112 is being kept? I don't see it in this video, but I thought of course it should have a place on the Mercedes Museum. It was only one built of it, right?
supremefantastic It's in the museums vaults. They cannot put everything they have on display. They have many, many more vehicles in storage

Thanks a lot for your answer. Good that it's being kept. For me, it's my favourite. And this summer I did visit Audi Forum in Ingolstadt and Alpina in Buchloe on my vacation. Next stummer my plan is to visit BMW Welt in München and Mercedes museum in Stuttgart. Do you think there's a chance for me to see the C112 if I ask the staff nicely and mention that I've been travelling from Sweden just to see it?

Maybe 3 hours I guess would give you time... Though maybe 4 would be better if you wished to really absorb everything.
When you are fast ist will be Take 3 hours but when you are slowly and Take Mandy Pictures IT takes 6-8 hours Like me .😂
