@4:45 the lyrics write, "Who's broad stripes and bright stars . . ."
...Who's means who is. It doesn't mean that the broad strips and bright stars are part of the banner. This is a homophone error. Homophone means that 2 or more words have the same pronunciation. A few examples are To, too and two, see and sea, right, rite and write and four and for.
...The correct word for this is whose. Whose means that something belongs to who. In this case, the broad stripes and bright stars belong to the flag, the Star Spangled Banner.
...The word in the lyrics should be, "Whose broad stripes and bright stars . . ."
...Someone should correct this.

...and for everyone who wishes to go full tilt with spelling AND grammar corrections, the end of the first verse is actually asking a QUESTION. So we're missing this proper punctuation at 1:59.
Oh say does that Star Spangled Banner yet wave?
As history buffs will note, Francis Scott Key had no certainty whatsoever that the flag would survive the night in that bombardment of Fort McHenry. Later verses answer this question, even though everyone rarely sings that part of the original poem.
And real sticklers would hold fast to the rule that a HYPEN is needed between Star, and Spangled.
These are the common debates held amongst Wikipedia editors. And you can see that they've opted to go with the old fashioned way:
