  • When you really need to go fast or you're just a little lazy and hungry, this, is the best recipe for you 😍! Cooking can be really simple and does not have to be complicated. Fresh ingredients and color you have here even 🍅. A shot of white wine in the broth always tastes delicious too. The broth and the parmesan can make the food spicy, so you probably hardly need salt.     Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
    200g mushrooms
    1 head of broccoli (you can also use frozen broccoli).
    300g pasta
    600-700ml broth (I used vegetable broth)
    70g parmesan cheese
    Some pepper (optional)

      Genau Renate, hier ohne Sahne 😇. Man kann die Sahne auch oft durch Milch ersetzen, wenn man es weniger fetthaltig möchte 😃😇.. falls es dann nicht cremig genug sein sollte, ein bisschen Speisestärke dazu 😋.
